If there was a 0/5 I'd have picked that. Out of 23 products ordered, THREE arrived and when they did finally arrive, they were 6 weeks (at minimum) late. The only thing I will give kudos on is that PayPal rounded everything. If I didn't use PayPal (who insure your purchases) I can almost guarantee I wouldn't see a cent in returned. I DON'T recommend WISH to anyone.
I use to praise this app. I never had any issues. But the last 3 months I have ordered at least 7-10 items. Out of that order only two have arrived so far and one was poorly made and I haven't tried the other item yet. If you want to risk it then go ahead. I'm just tired of requesting refunds all the time
I ordered an item that was buy 3 get 1 free. Received the 1 but not the 3. Just get rote e-mails from them. NEVER again will I order from them. You won't either if you are smart. I would give them a minus * but unable to

Purchased a camera pen. It was described as pen with micro SD card connector etc. Ordered it for my Grandson received it no micro SD card when you read fine print it says micro card not included. The description of the pen is not true. Got a very disappointed grandson. Another bad experience when dealing with Wish
I see a lot of poor reviews for wish.com and all though I didnt purchase clothing I did purchase a hand bag and I was very surprised by the quality for the price. Im very pleased and I would order from them again. The shipping did take 3-4 weeks but I was fine with that.
My daughter introduced me to WISH. I thought it was going to be a rip-off, but so far I have been wrong. Everything has been received, of course it was three maybe four weeks, but it was as expected per the shipping info. Every item, ranging from clothing, shoes, jewelry and makeup was of decent or good quality. We love this APP, and use it frequently.
I dont think my items coming in... tried contacting them over 10 times. No reply. Scammers. I have aopen lawsuit against them. I might be awarded 150,000. So dont except them to be in business long.
I am waiting on a shipment, I was contacted by agent fredugo who has said he has a liitle problem he was stuck in jfk homeland security, they intercepting the consingment {mind you it is only colored tape} with regards to ownership of certificte so it is delaying coming util he could get another flight. He then said he needed me to send a money gram to him in the amount of $ 278.00 and time is a factor. I refused to send it and asked him not to contact me again. Now 4 days later he said it is almost there and here is your tracking #, you dont worry it will be brought to your front door and put in your hands. Then you can send me and my family money. I am so disapointed...
I downloaded the app after seeing the FB advert. Items can take a while (12 weeks or more to arrive) and then some I've received within a week. It depends on the stores you are ordering from... each item will be shipped separately. Some items have been excellent quality and others not at all what I ordered.
I had ordered over $300 dollars of merchandise for Christams and they had to refund me almost $250 of that back due to not receiving the items. I did receive the refund the very next day on my credit card but I wouldhave preferred to have the Christmas gifts I was expecting. I am now finally receiving some of the items which they advised to keep as a gift for the inconvenience.
Buyer beware as this app is a little complicated in terms of contacting support and the tracking info is often incorrect or only partially updated. Support will send a standard reply email just saying we've refunded the item. I'm still waiting on a few more items, but I think I will be finding a different shopping app to use going forward.
Ordered a simple tiara for my granddaughter two weeks ago... first told delivery February 9... did not come! Emailed them asking where it was... was told 13 th! Did not come! Emailed again and was told in transit! I know it was made in China... surprise! I didn't know it was taking a rickshaw! Here it is the 17th and still not here. Just received another email saying March 5! So much for Valentine's day! Maybe it'll make it by Easter! FIRST TIME ORDERING! NEVER AGAIN!
Cheap, nasty tat being offloaded onto unsuspecting customers
I've ordered about a dozen items from Wish. I had my suspicions about this site and the goods being offered, so I ordered a few bits to prove myself right or wrong. Unfortunately i was right. This app is basically a digital marketplace for all the poor quality manufacturers in China to sell their goods using fake discounts and inflated original prices. EVERYTHING I ordered was cheap crap of the poorest quality.
It's a perfect site for discovery shopping. You can explore thousands of items and can also order them from the same place. Yes delivery takes some time to complete but the stuffs are very cool.
If you're ever thinking about doing business with wish.com half Chinese half American company think twice they have a lot of tricks up their sleeves to get your money and send you the inferior broken merchandise in addition getting your refund if you don't take pictures and send a copy of your driver's license and a copy of your bank statement you won't see a dime in today's economy with ID theft On The Rise who the hell wants to do that they're a bunch of crooks they also own Gee.com and home.com I brought over a hundred products from these people so I speak from great experience I would say stick with Amazon
It starts out nicely after you order as they send you very quick (too quick) confirms that order is on its' way. You even have this cool tracking % graph a d updates with confirms it left warehouse, at China airport complete with tracking #s (that no one is going to verify as its in China). Then after 2 weeks of this false hope, you never get another update that it arrived in Canada. However, as the arrival date approaches, the % graph keeps on creeping closer to 100% to keep you happy. Then the date goes by and you have no item, and they actually have the nerve to have a notice on your account asking if your item has arrived yet (when they kniw damn well it didn't otherwise you would have Canadian tracking information). If it doesn't make sense, it's not true. The biggest tell thqt it's a scam is they have buttons for requesting a refund, yet when you click on them for each product you ordered it just takes you to some bull$#*! screen saying your order should arrive soon and does that answwe your question. When you hit no, it populates an open ended screen where you type in "GIVE ME MY MOFO $$$ BACK YOU SCAM SUCKING PIECES OF CRAP" (or write something nicer) and it says you will get a response in 3 business days but you don't hear back. ANY Legitimate site would have instant refund option where you request a refund you get an immediate response... the only immediate response they give you is when they TAKE your $$$.
I ordered 7 items totalling $150... I guess could have been much worse..
I have ordered several things from Wish. I dont understand how people are saying they never recived anything and theres no one to contact. Everytime something might be late they actually contact me first and asked if I have recived the product. They are always nice they alway work with me. Yes the products do take a bit of time to get. But I can handle that for the awesome prices I am getting on my things. We live in a give me now society that can learn some patience. If you want your give me now products join prime at Amazon which I also have. However if I want a bargan on some things I can wait and Wish is the way to go.
I got most of my orders December 15 and still haven't gotten them February 16, wish is terrible, and 2 weeks after the due date they changed it to an extra week, please do not shop on here because it just seems like a big scam for money.
I waited over two months for 6 seperate orders and had to get a refund for all, none of them showed up. They had my money for over two months to play with. I believe this place is a scam. Just think how much money they could be sitting on
I have ordered a lot on wish and many different times. Yes it takes a couple weeks to get in but I have been satisfied with ever last thing I have ordered. Electronics, clothes, sunglasses, car stickers, smoking utensils, etc. For the price you just can't complain. All these bad reviews don't make sense to me
I just ordered like 20 things from this App. The App itself has all good views/opinions. But now coming here, I'm officially worried. I work hard for my money, I don't want to get disappointed by any online purchases. I was VERY excited about the quality and prices. It says everything will basically be here by the end of March. So, we'll see! Trust and believe I will post a great review if my orders are all what I expected, and delivered on time. I really hope these bad reviews are false! (Wishful thinking). I'm just glad to see that they do pretty well with refunding, Because if this business steals from me, I won't stand for it! So I currently await the arrival of my orders. Though, The ordering process, and easy to use App, has so far, been great!
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
