Their SECURITY SYSTEM IS GARBAGE! It's been hacked MULTIPLE times and card information is stolen. The first time this happened to me they STOLE $300. Me being naive, I figured it would never happen again, BUT IT DID and this time the HACKERS STOLE $900.00 from my account!
I refuse to buy anything from them again until they step up their security system.

This site does not care what you ordered or what color you ordered. They send you whatever they want. Poor quality and poor service. 5 items come in one package and they charge you separate shipping charge, very bad.
Not only was your product severely over rated, when it arrived it looked like a bad child's costume! Shame on you, Wish.com! In addition to a horrible product, your customer service for the return has been deplorable, non-existent and ridiculous! I received some items very quickly while others took weeks. Every thing that has arrived is of very poor quality. I didn't expect great quality but I did expect it to be usable. Nothing I ordered was what they described it to be. I've tried several times to return something. I've exchanged emails with customer service several times but can't seem to get them to send me a return label. Every time I get an email they ask me the reason for my return and every time I tell them the reason. Yet they continue to ask. I guess I'm being given the run around until time expires to return the items. It's not worth the time, money or aggravation for some cheap smelly crap. I would never order anything from here again.
I get good deals and purchase often, but it is BUYER BEWARE. I know my items will usually arrive late, but they will refund you in most situations when this occurs. Usually I am quite satisfied with my purchases... awesome kitchen carpet runner, lace blouse, lace hoodie, kitchen clock, pillow covers, glitter phone case, cute shoes BUT make sure you read the description on their products... sizing is different in Asia. I am a Canadian xl but must buy at least a 3xl on this site.
Occasionally the materials are quite cheap too but mostly I am very happy with purchases.
I ordered 4 items from wish and only 1 of them came in. That itself was poor quality. I ordered those things back in October of 2016 and here we are in May of 2017. When I contacted wish about my order never returning they told me to give it 30 business days. I've waited and waited. I suggest you don't waste your money on this website.
You get what you pay for. I have been refunded immediately for shipments that don't come or faulty electronics. Overall 75 % of what I ordered has been to my expectations, a lot arriving a week or two earlier. At the beginning I didn't pay attention to sizing and got clothes that were too small to fit but I later paid attention to both sizes and other customer reviews and this has immensely changed the quality of my orders for the better. I am totally happy with Wish.
I bought one item that was poor quality, directions in some foreign language and not English. That wasn't the worst, the adds keep coming, tried to opt out, no such luck, they must send 10 a day, day in and day out, over and over and over, I've deleted and deleted, and judging from the quality and all the annoying adds likely will be out of business soon enough.
It's wastage of time to view attractive and cheapest items. It never come even after months. Even they have not direct contact with customer care.

Ordered item on wish.com on Feb. 25 and it finally arrived yesterday May. 4... I didn't pay much for it, but c'mon! 69 days to actually receive it. I also opened a 'dispute' on Paypal after approx. 6 weeks after purchase, noting I didn't receive the item, and I never heard back from the company either... so my first customer experience wasn't great. Would likely think twice before ordering from them again.
I was asking a refund due to the fact I haven't received the merchandise I bought. The person who take my reclaim told to give until another day. I waited, and yes I received 2 of them because even though I bought 4 shirts all together they were sending them separately. Bought 4 shirts from the same company only received 2. After several days of dealing with the situation I've been refused a refund and blame the postal office for the loss meaning that I lost the money for good. Customer service final answer were cynical and wrote me to reclaim to the postal office. Obviously they're employee cause the CEO would resolved this differently.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
