I think I have just saved myself a lot of money & stress. I came across this site via FB, a pair of shoes I thought were great, so I went browsing & ended up with a shopping trolley value of £100's. Fortunately before I went ahead with my purchase I decided to conduct some due diligence & am I relieved I did that! Yes not all the reviews are negative but overall it's not encouraging reading. So thank you all, pos/neg reviewers, it's appreciated. Needless to say, I didn't make my purchase.
I would finally advise that any purchases made from wish.com should be via PayPal, that way you have the security of consumer protection of your remittance & control of when they (wish.com) get paid.
I decided to try to contact Customer Support BEFORE making a purchase. Just to see if there's a live human wanting to help. You'd think that would be simple. It's actually not possible.
The "Contact" button on the Contact page requires you to re-sign in to your account. I did, and it rejected my password which I am positive is correct.
So I clicked on "Reset Password". The message says that I can not reset my password. So I clicked on "Help with Password". Same message.
That's it for me, I wouldn't dream of making a purchase from this kind of business.
I have requested over 30 times in the last past 24 to 48 hours for a reset password link to be sent to my email address and still have not received it. Wish needs a better customer service support team and not an automated system! All I want is my orders I paid for to arrive now and ill never again order from wish again. Wish is so not meeting my needs as a customer. They need to hire real people to be there customer service support team and not an automatic system.
Very poor quality - cheap fabric (looks nothing like the pictures' advertised). Sizing is stuffed up. Bombarded with emails to purchase items - non stop - does your head in (continusely). Very disappointed customer - gutted.
Good prices but there tracker is always off by at least 2 weeks my girlfriend ordered something in October and she received the last thing end of April

I have ordered at least 15 items from this stupid site. Their tracking shows the items were delivered, and yet they never are. I then contact them and they tell me my items were delayed? So then why do they say they were delivered? I believe they think if you wait long enough, you will forget about your items and then they keep your money. I would NEVER order from them again. Terrible and you can't even review the sellers until you receive the items.
I was charged for my order and the next day I received email that my account it's been blocked because of suspicious fraud activity and that I will be refunded which of course never happened. They asked me to send photo of my credit card with the credit card number covered, so they will unblock my account. I sent them photo, they unblocked my account but I never received my money back. After many emails sent I always received the same copy/paste answer that "the amount is refunded and I need to check with my bank", I have the bank statement to prove that I was charged and never refunded, but they're still telling me that I need to check with my bank. I read a lot of bad reviews about them, it was all suspicious to me and that's why just to test them I ordered a simple USB cable worth couple of euros, luckily I didn't ordered something bigger. Until today I never received my money back! Be careful people!
Shipping took months. Stuff did not fit. Need to buy larger size. But since it comes from China I won't be purchasing with them again.

I just started a order from Wish for the first time and i am not happy that my orders has not arrived considering i put my order in April 27th and it is now May 15th. As i normally do most of my online purchase from Amazon. Its pretty scary they have already taken the money out of my account but still waiting on the merchandise.
I order mostly all my makeup, gotten a couple shirts, etc. Be careful of your a plus size like me, their sizes are ran differently. Some of the stuff takes a few weeks to get here, they are shipping from China. Other than that, love em. Great customer service, not a scam!
I don't like wish it let me down I thought I could trust this app I heard it all on ads and apparently it does not deliver your stuff well know I know to not trust to buy anything cheap

Hi. Sorry I did order but still I didn't get now more then 3 weeks. So now what I do cos it's first time for me.
I LOVE wish. I have ordered many things from this site, usually for little or no money (just the 2 dollar shipping), with no hassles. Yes, it takes awhile to get to you, but if you aren't requiring that item in "due time" you are saving a lot of money with this site. Just be patient, and SMART about your purchase. For example, I would NOT insist on buying a digital camera for 70 dollars if it is being shipped all the way from china. YeH... don't expect a 70 dollar brand new digital camera from China to be sent quickly through customs let alone come in one piece or in working condition. Just have fun getting cheap clothes and other miscellaneous items and have the same expectations as you would a used item from a thrift store. It's a cool site.
Ordered 2 items. Over a month later and nothing. They refunded me, and all of a sudden the tracking bar disappeared, which leads me to believe they are full of crap and never sent it in the first place.
I've already warned a few people never to do business with wish.com.
Took a long time to get it then my XL shirt had to been marked wrong because it's sooooo small.

Customer service is non-existant. Responces are non-existent. Of the 6-items I tried to purchase, I only received 2-items. One was a digital video camera, but was missing remote. Nothing was done about it. Etc. Etc. Etc. And such is life when dealing with China and customs!
I recently placed some orders at wish.com and I really wish I read reviews on this site first. I'm still waiting for my items. So far my experience with this site sucks! Once you set up an account with them and place an order, when you click on something you are interested in, there is a thing on the bottom of your phone that you can swipe and automatically buy the item. By accident I swiped it. I tried to cancel the order and as soon as I hit cancel it said, oops, you need to select and item. Which I did. Needless to say I was never able to cancel it. Amazon is so much easier and way better than wish.com.
I would like to give this website a 0 but that is not an option. I ordered a product back in Jan 2017 and received it May 12,2017. Because it arrived really late and because the box was really damaged, I asked for a refund and the representative said they could not because it has been more than 30 days. How am I suppose to ask for a refund if I did not receive the package until 5/12/2017. Worst website ever!
I have ordered many things from Wish and a few things have not turned up, yes they email back quickly and refund the money quickly but not the point, I would perfer the merchandise. Just disappointed that I am not recieving the merchandise, this is not with all my purchases but it has been with 4 of the things I ordered.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
