I ordered 98 days ago. The items that I ordered were for an event that is long past. This isn't your normal site. There is no customer support to call. Everything is by email with no person. Completely automated. They just keep advising you to download the app and click on buttons. I have clicked multiple times on each individual item not received and although it leaves the impression that a solution is imminent the satisfaction of pressing buttons is no longer fulfilling. I really believe that the positive reviews about this company have been written by their staff. Don't get sucked in...

If you're like me you're always interested in what you can get online for rather cheap. This website has a great selection of items which may or may not be authentic, but at a reasonable price. This makes for a great opportunity to get some cheap gifts for friends and family, especially if they don't particularly care about the monetary value of the gift but rather the sentiment behind it. I've gotten some great gifts on the website, but one of the major downfalls lies in the fact that it takes a long time for the items to ship to you. This is a result of the items being sold from China and other countries. Shipping internationally, especially when done cheaply, means you're subject to laws and limitations of those countries in terms of their mail distribution. Overall, I've never had a particularly negative experience, but if you're needing something quick I would highly suggest going through a more reputable marketplace.

I have been receiving a large order of cheap garbage from China for 3 months. Each day is a surprise of some piece of clothing arriving. The material is unknown as it does not carry tags, the items do not fit or stretch beyond recognition and today was a new surprise... received two items. One blue top that I am not even sure if I ordered yet and the other was a thin sweater. The sweater is a baby poop green different from the sites and the best part!? Wait for it... the item was damp inside the bag and smelled like a moldy old building! Big deal they looked great online with amazing prices... I would do better shopping at the local dump!

I cant complain everything I have ordered has arrived before time and well packaged as well as clothing that I have ordered has been the correct size and okay to good quality. It will always help if you click description and check the sizing charts. I order one size larger than usual and it fits perfectly.

Those ordering Jewllery - Dont expect 18 Carat Gold for $5 bucks. Your Crazy! The jewllery is costume jewllery and the price reflects that.

Overall a very happy shopper here, Be sure you read all descriptors first or expect to be dissapointed.

My 11 year old daughter spent 100 dollars which was all her Christmas money on Wish the when the big box got to my house the boxs was missing 6 of the ideams she ordered then all the clothing was trashed and had holes, the other idems she ordered never came then we called wish then the pretty much told me it was a packaging error then told me to return it with them knowing it was way more money to retrun the junk then to buy the stuff because the dont want there product eather. Me and my family would also like to point out that 2 weeks later 500 dollars was taken out of my bank account saying someone from wish never got there money so now we are out 600 dollars and stuck with a trash but i ordered from them days later to see if it was a packaging error but when my stuff came it worked for about 1 day and a couple hours but if you do order from Wish you will see trash. Please dont be fooled by the payed good reviews.

I first got hooked on Wish.com a couple of years ago. I was so excited, the prices were too good to be true. I read reviews of each item I purchased if it was clothing, since the clothes are all made for tiny Asian girls. I had to read how the comments related to sizes American girls purchased and the comments always said exactly how they fit. They were pretty close in according to reviews. I had too many incidences, however, where they advertised a price, yet most of the time, when you clicked on the item, or put it in your cart, the advertised price jumped up to their normal price, which was also inexpensive. Whenever I would write to wish.com, it was always returned, saying I must write below the dotted line, which I never could figure out how to do. Soooo many times, I never received the products. And I had no way to contact them. Products were paid for at time of ordering. If I still get the products someday, I will accept them, of course, from jewelry to hats, and I don't know what else. I no longer order from them due to not knowing if I would get the product or not. The quality of the clothing was cheesy. All but the knit full fitted slips, they are very nice, I ordered a second one at the time. But my shopping days with them are over. Unfortunately.
