I ordered from Wish for about a month about 15 items, most where cheap but for the price ok. Suddenly everything just stopped coming in the mail, I am talking about 15 items that never showed up. I gotten my money back on about 10 items but I am waiting for a few more cause they claim it takes a while. I am also still waiting for about another 5 items that I am pretty sure will not show up. I have no idea why everything just stopped coming in the mail. I am done with this app and it's cheap overpriced garbage that does not look nothing like the picture anyways. Be cautious and DO NOT invest to much in there items.

I received the product as indicated in picture was white and silver I received the product that was gray and silver requested for return label and was told I had to pay for my own shipping for them labeling something incorrectly this same product is being sold at a different other locations indicating that it's great and silver this company that is selling in wish is mislabelling so people can order and have to pay shipping and possibly keep the product and they're making money out of good customers which stands by their companies not their customers you should not use the company

I ordered a romper from this site. It was estimated to take a month to get here but it only took two weeks. It ended up not being big enough for me and when I asked them to exchange it they ended up giving me a full refund and letting me keep the one that didn't fit. I'm not sure what all these people are saying it's fraud for? I had a good experience and I plan to purchase from this site again. The sizes are in "Asian sizes" that's what they call them. So you should order 2 sizes bigger than what you normally wear.

I received notification my item was delivered, when in truth it was never delivered. I was told to give couple more days by wish customers service. Second item same situation. Now I am asking to cancelling all my orders and give me my money back, as I did not receive anything ( I suspect I will not receive anything at all from my orders). So they are just dragging time, saying check your local post offices, give couple of days more. This site is not to be trusted. Do not shop with Wish - ever!

I have placed 2 order with wish... i was tracking my order everyday and today i cant seem to find any orders... payment was taken off and i have tried to check and check but nothing is found. On their website it states that if there is ntn in the order sheet then it means that the money wasnt deducted. I have received an sms that monies went off my acc. What do i do... who can help

Ordered a plain watch and recieved an ugly cheap gold plated metal watch. Tried to return it but when you try to print out their return label it comes out garbage. You cant reach them by phone at all and they don't reply back from *******@wish.com. In addition to their screw up the want to charge you to ship the item back even though its their fault. They make you take numerous photos of item, shipping label and package all in order to discourage you from returning the wrongly shipped item. BEWARE! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I WILL CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY NEXT TO SEE IF THEY CAN CHARGE BACK ITEM.

Of course you are getting cheap stuff! It's coming from middle of nowhere China. BUT, I will say that most of the things I've ordered have been really good. It takes forever for them to get here, but it's like getting a surprise present when they finally do. CHECK THE SIZING CHARTS BEFORE YOU BUY! It's a foreign country, they size very very different from US vanity sizing. I wear a 12 in a dress and usually have to order at least an XL if not a 2x. You have to be careful with what you order and pay attention, but I've used wish multiple times and I'm pretty satisfied overall.

I ordered several items from this company. After noting that the charges had posted to my account I logged in to their site and to get an idea of when the items would be delivered. The "Order History" was empty. I contacted their customer support and explained the problem in detail. In response they keep sending emails telling me how to visit their site and view the order history. This has happened several times. I don't know if they don't read English or what but the generic responses are worthless. Plus, they have been blitzing my inbox with ads. Word to the wise, don't order from Wish.com.
