I ordered fidgets and a smartwatch. The watch didn't work still waiting for refund, and I didn't get the fidgets I ordered. Cheap company trying to get your money. Lousy service, impossible to get someone on the phone. Don't do it.

My daughter and I have ordered from wish several times. The date it is to arrive my never happens. I myself have NEVER received one thing from wish. My daughter has received items 5-8 months later. Not the 3-14 day as promised. Yeah its $25 plus $30 for shipping... lol... your lucky if you EVER see anything from wish when you order.

Crappy knock offs that take the standard month to arrive because theyre being shipped in from over seas... cheap products... someone even got their credit card info stolen from one of the venders... its all crap. Too good to be true? YOU BET. Plus, most electronics show up broken or not working... saved you time and anger. Your welcome.

I used wish for many items over the course of several months... trust me... been there, done that.

3 orders with Wish and 3 failures. Not one item arrived or probably even existed. Most likely just a scam to get your payment and personal information.
I'm still waiting for my money to hopefully be refunded.

Well ordered a lot but honestly wish I hadn't. First arrival supposedly a 5 xl jacket. Note, one no sizing on jacket and two wouldn't be large enough to use as a baby blanket. Second item to arrive is a dress. No one informed me I was autitioning for a skimpy bar. Pretty though unfortunately the pocket was really just a hole in the dress. Tried to leave feedback but basically impossible to do so.

We ordered 2TB memory sticks but got something no more than 6GB. It is very difficult to get money back from this website. My husband ordered a watch, but received a toothpick, literally a toochpick, no kidding You know what the website support responded? Sorry, since the merchandise was delivered to the right address, there is nothing we could do. What a f---!

Fraudulent charges

After ordering from Wish for the first time a few days ago I noticed three fraudulent charges on my credit card. Someone bought online gaming chips out of an online casino based in Hong Kong. The other two were for Airbnb. Fortunately my bank reversed the charges immediately. I have no doubt that this came from Wish. As Wish is simply a website that allows merchants from all over the world, particularly China to sell their products, it is obviously very easy for a thief at one of the "shops" to steal identity and credit card information. No way to contact Wish about this. Their online customer support only gives predetermined choices about any complaints. And credit theft is not one of the choices.

I used to like this site often. At first I would buy a lot of really nice stuff, but then the quality of the products have been getting worse and worse. The past couple of times I tried to get a refund for my items, but it has been very difficult. This last time has been even more difficult. They required me to take photos of the products, however I did not have a camera available. There really is no phone customer service. I had to deal with third-party vendors. The only way I can contact someone is via email, which is very frustrating. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the products. I hope no one else has to go through this because I feel like I have been scammed since the quality has been so poor. I would like my refund!

Look, Wish is alright, its not that bad because if you dont recieve your item, all you gotta do is complain and you get a full refund. I've gotten 100% of my stuff but be cautious, 80% of the time, it never looks like what it shows in the pictures, not only that, I waited 6 months for my stuff to show. Also, I'm looking on the web for someone who has come across the same problem, i use Wish & I was scrolling through my history, then i found an item I NEVER PURCHASED OR EVEN SEEN. ITS ALREADY REFUNDED AND I HAD NO CLUE. The purchase was one of those useless f^cking plastic spinning toys that every kid has today. Never in my life did i want one or ever looked one up, so again, be cautious. No one has my info, except wish. So keep an eye on them. Either than that I got what i ordered, some were low budget and some were worth it! But its 50/50

THEY ARE A SCAM

Don't believe people saying buying from WISH is worth it. There is a high probability that they are linked in a certain way to WISH and are here to make up for the bad reviews. There are 2 possibilities when you buy from Wish: 1. You never receive the item you paid or 2. You receive the item VERY late and it's just garbage. The customer service is also terrible. I always read reviews of products before an order so I was supposed to be safe. BUT HERE I AM writing a review about them. Congrats for this WISH. Dear friends, just stay away from WISH and keep your money. They are a reminder for all of us that there are still dangerous businesses out here.

Garbage!

I wear a medium/large... even the 2x that I ordered for a gift wouldn't fit me... and I ordered several items. NOTHING was even close to fitting, even 2 sizes larger.
Too much of a hassle to return. I will never order from them again.

I ordered an item at the beginning of November 2016 and got it January 2017. They would only respond to my requests to cancel the order prior to shipment with automated emails telling me my order would be shipped "soon" and to "not worry". Their communication is extremely lackluster.

Its, cheap... you are buying cheap items. EVERYTHING is coming from China, it will take awhile, and you may not be able to read the instructions... Read reviews on each Item you intend to buy before ordering ANYTHING! I have recieved all items I have ordered up to this point. The costumes for children are cheaply made, and will likely need repairs quickly - I am good with this, as my 4 yr old niece cares more about her snow white dresss looking like a snow white dress, than the fact that part of it has been hot glued (as it arrived new), or patched (as it will soon need to be!). Shop cautiously, do your homework EVERY TIME, and keep your expectations low.

I have ordered a lot from wish.com in the last 6-7 months... in the beginning the deliveries were great, but then all of a sudden they supposedly sold out of the product etc,. I have ordered a total of 20 items that were never received and am highly peeved. All I want is what I have ordered and delivered when it was to be delivered. And I really hate it when they ADVERTISE THAT THE JEWELRY IS GENUINE STAMPED STERLING WHEN IT IS JUST PLATED. THIS IS A LIE AND SHOULD NOT EVER BE A PART OF DOING BUSINESS. Just tell the truth Wish and shame the devil.

Scam

This stupid website is asking me for a photo id r bank statement to cancel my order, while ordering it said 2-3 business days and later it was showing one month for the delivery wanted to cancel the order but its not allowing e to cancel the order, the website is asking me to upload a phone id to cancel my order or to even contact the customer service its soooo stupid

Disappointed

I ordered a couple things from Wish. They arrived in a timely manner, but did not look like the picture. Returned them and only got part of my refund. Plus I had to pay for shipping them back. What a rip off. Will NEVER use them again. I've never had the trouble with returns with any other place. Ridiculous!
