Unfortunately my order didn't show up even today. I do lots of online shopping and this is worst experience I ever had with wish. I order three item from wish and non of them I received.
I understand the money has been refunded but I used prepaid visa gift card to purchase the order and I no longer have that card nor the number so there is point I can get my money back.
This is same for the company like wish that couldn't fulfill the customer needs and the suppliers that the wish have and the carriers that wish use.
Wish should be responsible for the money I lose and the time I waited. It's not worthed shopping on the wish...

You can't purchase from Wish expecting to get superior quality and what's exactly in the photo. The sellers are in china creating knock offs, if you expect anything more - you'll be disappointed.

Late order... AVOID

I decided to give this site a try but man was I wrong! I am getting married in 4 days so I placed the order 2 months ago and still waiting for my order.It was supposed to arrive at the end of May but now we are in JUNE. Avoid this site, no ones answers the phone and customer support doesn't help.

23 days ago my product left China to "destination country". ETA was 10 days ago but It still has not arrived to the U.S. I Emailed them and still have not received a word.

SEND discount codes and then do not ofer the field to enter them so you are scammed out of a lot of money since shipping is almost as much as the item: once shipping is added, you can get the items at a brick and morter store for the same price, folks. BEWARE! Yes, you get what you pay for... ELSEWHERE! Order arrives opne piece at a time as well so make sure it is somethign you don't need or want as it can takes months to receive as well. No way to contact a person as phone redirects you to web and web gets you automated responses mostly.

Don't do it

It was strange but a photo of a top that I ordered from Dresslily last year was also on this sight. I will tell you that was the order from hell. All these sites that are on line are all crap. The 3 tops that I ordered in a large all came in different sizes but all said large. None of them were even close to a large. It was a total joke. Luckily I did finally get most of my money back after many emails and telling them I'm going to report them to the BBB. Then I proceeded to threw out the disgusting clothes. The End

I spent 230.00 on this site and all orders were clothing. My orders started to come in one at a time and half the orders were wrong. PLEASE do not spend your hard earned money on this site. There are so many better sites to go to that stand behind there product. I had no idea this co. Not in AMERICA, BIG MISTAKE TO ORDER FROM HERE.

Disappointed

I order a watch for a graduation gift and suppose to arrive June 6 2017 its stated it would be here before Memorial Day then changed to June 6 2017 and its the 11 of June 2017 still not here when you do get the package it has untrackable they set everything that didnt matter on time accept this was a gift still has not arrived very disappointed.

First of all I have bought from WISH about 20 - 30 times since last summer. Only one item never arrived (and it was $1). However, be smart... these items are cheap for a reason. Don't expect $100.00 quality from a $2 item. One item did arrive broken, but everything else is Aces! There are descriptions and reviews on everything. If the picture shows a camera, tripod, and Bluetooth remote, but it's listed for $5, you are probably only getting the Bluetooth remote... the description will tell you. The shipping takes weeks, but again I'm paying 90% less than what I would in the States. Most items have a tracking number and you can leave reviews, pictures, and store ratings on everything you buy. Since all the items are sold by different people, the pricing is different. Think of WISH as a less regulated EBay. Some people sell the item for $5 and some try to gouge you for $50. Just look around. Also, use PayPal; that way you are covered. I personally love this site!
P. s the only con is that there is no bulk shipping options. If you buy ten of something than you pay for shipping ten times, BEFORE you freak out, shipping is usually $1-$3 an item.

It's cheap Chinese factory $#*!. Literally the same as stuff on taobao or their international reseller aliexpress but marked up way more.

Guys if you're going to pay for garbage you can get it way cheaper from the source.

I have some items that are very late and when I want a refund it won't let me and to contact support but when I try and contact support the number they have listed is disconnected... I'm getting majorly pissed off and I'm starting to think it's a scam

I have had great luck and lower prices with wish. Keep in mind you get what your paying for but over all all my purchases were all great ones. If your wanting a good quality item then go pay for the top end item some where else.

The products are generally what is stated and cheaper than a few other sites, but BEWARE. 1. You have to wait FOREVER & often packages arrive late, damaged or just get lost. 2. I have used them more than a few times, & 5 out of 11 products ordered were damaged or broken. I did receive partal credit or refunds on a few items after hours of back n forth with their very limited Email Support. The others I actually had to send back for a refund. Overseas shipping from the u.s. to China was way greater than the entire cost of your order, so you're stuck just throwing the item away. 3. Their New Customer /friend referral codes are fraudulent marketing - they don't work & are not honored. All 7 of my friends & Family were unable to use the upto 50% off Refferal Coupon. I felt so bad for talking up Wish, I even found other valid codes (online) & they failed too. "Support" was NO HELP. The introductory coupon is only good for your 1st purchase, but any Codes entered are cached to your Account & once the fail there is noway to fix it according to their Support team". Even the "discount" code I got after spending over $100 only applied to one item under $20.20% of $20 is $4 NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. Their "Customer Support" is client (in-app message based) & frustrating at best. 80% of the time, I or my perps just canned responses. If your looking for cheap products from China, willing to wait 30-90 days, & gamble with your time and $$ Wish is the place for you. A few of their merchants offer expedited shipping & while it is expensive and you may get your item sooner, all the above still applies. Use Tophatter, Overstock, Zulily or just plane Amazon & save your sanity & ensure product quality!

I kept seeing ads for Wish for almost a year and kept looking at the site. Finally I ordered. Most of my items have came quicker than the estimated delivery time. I ordered one thing that was kind of cheap quality but fit gret. The key to proper sizing is knowing all of your measurements. Read the sizing chart and read the reviews. Items with little to no reviews I pass up. Also items that have only comments in other languages I pass up. I had one pair of cherry earrings never arrive. I was given a full refund promptky with no issues. I ordered a cute cherry dress that ended up not arriving by the estimated date and I was given a full refund and told to keep it if it arrives. 10 days later it arrived in the mail. Was very good quality material, well made and fit perfectly. I received one other item that was not as described. Promptly with no issue I was given a full refund and was told I can keep the item. I have ordered more than a dozen items and will keep ordering. The shipping is very cheap. Knowing in advance it ships from over seas helps to wait for the item to arrive.

I ordered from wish and got a reply saying. Thank you for shopping with us. We have refunded an item from your order per request. Refund Details. The merchant was unable to fulfil this order due to an issue with your account. The full amount of order has been refunded to your original payment method. Please tap the Contact Support button below so we can help resolve your account issue as quickly as possible.

When I clicked the contact support button they are asking 2 things. 1. Photo ID 2. BAnk statement

I really do not understand and I am scared now.

After their reply, here I am searching some reviews about Wish and I found you guys with all your negative comments and experiences.

So bad. I am so late. :(

Waiting for ever
