Some orders arrive. Some don't. Some of the clothing I finally got was way to small for me. Their 2x size.is about a medium in North America. Gave it to my neighbors kids. Ordered about 40 purchases 4 months ago. Most are months past expected delivery date, I don't expect to receive them. Lesson learned. Anyone recommend a reliable online site? Thanks.

No Delivery Yet!

Hi I placed an order on wish.com on the 1st of June and have not yet received my order I have been tracking it on the app, but from the reviews I have been reading on the website I clearly see no hope for delivery.

I don't even know how the delivery process works can someone help? Would it be delivered to the local post office if no one is available to receive the order?

Wish app totally scammers. I order online I got $#*! nothing same what I did order at all. How come this app still on social network? Nobody to look after of this. I don't know where's I should go and tell anyone don't buy anything from this wish app.

Waited... waited...
It took Two months to get the first piece, then they trickled in ( bought them for resale in a shop) wrong sizes, wrong items, junk, crapppy merchandise. I complained... nothing happened, complained again... nothing. Been a few months... never did get all of my order. No one no way to contact them! I hope someone shuts them down. Bastards are thieves! They know how to contact cutomers, they don't want too... I LOST MY MONEY! THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

I placed a few orders in the beginning of April. I have received none of it!
They have refunded me for 2 items. I can see that I am going to receive none of the others that I ordered.

Now I know better!

Hit or miss

Wish is hit or miss. Shipping can be four days OR four weeks (or more). Customer service is great. Clothing is... eh. Unreliable. Hit or miss. For clothes I'll usually order from Aliexpress. I still shop Wish, especially for accessories and cheap boots (faux Uggs, order a size up like normal). If you're an 8 order a 9 but, that's with genuine Uggs or Bearpaws too. I ordered luggage from Wish and love it. Research and read the reviews. Remember to size up! With clothing, take pictures and send them to customer service immediately if there is a discrepancy. Wish problem

We have blocked account. But problem is, that we have still tons of products, that is on the way. And many products didn't come and we cannot contact support and nothing else. Still automated message and nothing happened.
Please does somebody know, how to solve this issue?

Quite often my orders don't arrive or arrive late. They refund but it's too late to get them to charge for a late item.

While the contact center is great at refunding actually getting the products is impossible.
I ordered 12 items been refunded for 8 so far I am very heart sore because I really wanted the stuff too. Anyway unless I actually receive something for now it's a load of B. S.

Never got my item

I ordered a dress in the middle of January and I still have not gotten it. It said they lost the tracking of my package but found it so it will take a little longer. (That was in march)

I have ordered from wish multiple times. It takes forever to receive an order. Of my orders I am seldom satisfied long term because the products either quit working or break. You get what you pay for, with wish you get cheap stuff cheap.

I was very pleased all the items arrived but waiting for next lot. I have received great zips crochet hooks and sewing machine foot. Also a top unfortunately think Australians are big boned and the top although I asked for large size was large around the neck but not the hips and stomach. But overall I was really pleased for crafts lovers very good surprised and happy so far. Shipping was as shown on the order.

They dropped back all of my order. It happened more then one month ago and they didn't pay back anything. They don't write real answer, just automatical letters. I lost my money. They are thieves!

Before I read any reviews, I thought that I would try and save some money (I'm on disability) and get a couple items on wish.com. Boy, was I in for an ordeal. I placed my order on May 18th for a watch, fidget spinner, and what I thought was a fidget cube. Turns out that after I placed my order, the fidget cube changed their description to tell me that I just ordered the box to put the cube in.

It's June 21st now, and even allowing the 32 days of delivery that they say, I still haven't gotten my items, nor my full refund for some of my items. I have dutifly watched the tracking and went to the tracking websites (all in Chinese mind you). Everything arrived May 19th or 20th in my city and yet when I called ALL mail and package delivery places in my city, the tracking number provided by Wish is not valid.

I phoned all the carriers overseas (costing me over $10 in calls) only to get the same response: "The number you have called is invalid or not in service at this time.".

NEVER shop with Wish, despite how tempting saving a few dollars looks. I will be sharing my terrible experience with Geek (a Wish company) as well.

Over a month late

Can't make a full review but this is the first and last time I will ever shop on wish. All my orders are over a month late. They were suppose to arrive by may. 19th it is already June 20th and I have not received even 1 item yet. I think I'll just stick to Amazon. At this point I'm so tired of waiting I will just reorder from somewhere else.

So I order various items back in February 2017 expecting delivery march I'm fine with that.
So like an absolute shop aholic I buy few more same day two hat I know.
Now we're in the late part of June.
And would you Adam and Eve it no items at all.
I've emailed the robots at wish got the usual generic response.
Then when ask for a refund I get one item refunded.
And I'm in the double figures range of items v. low end but more than one.
And to add insult to injury
It's one those moments when say I could have guess that would be case.
Refunded the cheapest one.
Will not be buying again I'll stick we eBay
