Too much bait & switch.
I wear 5 X & item I received not even a large. The material it is made of is too flimsy to even withstand a hand washing. The matching pantie looked like 2 colored pieces of elastic sewn to a miniscule Triangle... I had to slide the elastic around to figure out what it was.
How can u send samples when u show a bottle of product.

Sites and/or Apps such as Wish and the app Geek which are affiliates are a gamble to say the very least. Before I even decided to order from Wish I did my research. Most of the items come from China and therein lies the problem(Well one of them anyway). If the item(s) you order do not have a faster shipping option available then you have to play hurry up and wait. The item(s) must get to the airport they use in China and in my case make it's way to the U.S. Once said item(s) arrive it has to clear Customs. This is true no matter where in the world you order from. When tracking an item that has shipped and it has made it to in my case the U.S. tracking it becomes problematic. I have recently sent a question to Wish regarding an order I placed because since it has arrived stateside it shows that it was turned over to FedEx smart post but it is still being tracked by Yun Express. I will update if I get a response from Wish and when I finally get the package.

I bought 3 items. One a dress and knowing it was out of china I ordered a womans XL, the dress wouldn't fit a size ten. Two cute shorts sets for my twin grandsons also ordered XL and got two size small. The tops had big eyes on the front which were not anchored in any way, glued or sewn, a couple stitches in the center was all that held them on. I went to the website to the customer service first then tried refund/exchange. Both referred me to an (800) phone number, when I called it referred me to the web site. There is an option to check the status of your order and when I put in the information it came back with "no order to that name/address was found". There was a California address on one of the packages and I decided to write them a letter expressing my dissatisfaction and that I did not expect them to do anything about the problems I just wanted the items gone. They can keep the items and the money, I want nothing more to do with them. If I could give less than one star I would. I would rather pay more for the items than go through the hassle and expense of trying to get a return or refund authorization.

Did not receive order

Place an order on the 2017/06/28 it's pass a month, haven't received it yet I ask for a refund and was told I cannot get a refund because it's pass 30 days who's fault it is? When the tracking info shows the item wasn't delivered, that's a rip off and i would really like to have my money back.

All of their hair stuff is really cute and high-quality. I ordered an item that I could not figure out because the instructions were not included and wish.com refunded me my money instantly as well as letting me keep the item.

I'm from india... in my country already people scared by China products but I saw this website... i placed my order 3 weeks ago. I didn't received yet.
It's disgusting.
I thought this is a very good website.

I placed an order for several pieces of sterling silver and other items that supposedly
Were topaz. All were counterfeit. I submitted claim for what I had received and I received a refund for the price of the product, but not the shipping charges which were
More than the price of the product. I was waiting for the order to be fulfilled to get a
Refund for the shipping charges. Now I find that my account has been deleted. There is a telephone number I can call, but I will not waste my time. These people are scam artists!

I ordered two things from that website that were absolute trash. One was the insta bra which was for $12 and when i got it the gel on it was extremely sticky and just didn't work at all. And the next thing i got was a spinning face brush for another $12 i used it with only tiny amount of face wash and water with the softest head, and before i used it on my face i tried it on my hand and it was all clear, but when i used it on my face it immediately opened up a ton of pores and my face wash got all up in them and my face hasn't stopped burning and i've tried using warm water to get it out but that doesn't work. Not to mention the shipping dates are a total lie i got my things a month later than it said

_shopping made easy

I have ordered from wish several times and have been satisfied with all but 1 item. 1 item I never received but I was fully reimbursed for the price I paid immediately. You really need to read descriptions especially sizes of you may end up with a washcloth sized towel. I will continue to use for certain items because even after passing shipping is still less expensive than purchasing at a store
