I bought some slime that I thought I would review in my slime account but when it got to my house there was just a container and some glue I thought why would they activate it for me or at least put activater in it or at least at some Color do not buy from here cuz ur wishes will not come true but everything else was fine
Received all orders and most of them quite quick! Love to buy in the App, very easy and with a huge variety of products. When I had a delayed order they were also very helpful and the product arrived after. Very nice!

Bought some small items couple months ago, they are cheap but the quality is so-so. But if you don't care about the quality, it is a good place to go.
I order watches from this site, din't received any of them, not only that the "order history" in my account is shown empty, I have already paid for them. My money is gone, worst site ever, do not buy anything from here.
I ordered several items through the app and only received a few of them. The rest never arrived. They asked me at some point if I wanted to keep waiting. Since they weren't time-sensitive, I said I would wait. Five months later they are still not here. The tracking number shows that the are still in China! I asked for my money back but they said that they are sorry, since I am beyond the 30 days of shipment that they can't refund my money. I checked their refund policy and it says that the refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery. This is a very unscrupulous business, ripping people off. I disputed it with PayPal. Waiting for a resolution. I will NEVER use this app again! And the items that I did receive were such poor quality that they literally broke the first day my daughter used them.
I ordered 5 items, they all get put thru on one payment bt through different stores. Only one showed up (nothing like what was pictured and quality is garbage) the rest I can't get refunds for because it is all on one order. It is a sham, who ever is running this is counting on people getting too frustrated at navigating the horrific customer support and giving up. They get your money, you get nothing. Avoid at all costs
I've ordered multiple times from this app. I get my items quicker than on eBay too. Once I did not receive an item, and they quickly refunded me. No complaints here!
I ordered a classic nes console with 2 controllers it was supposed to have 500 games installed. When I received my order it was just one controller. There was no console with installed games and no 2nd controller. I had asked customer service if the console played original NES games and I was assured that it would. If I misunderstood something like I wasnt ordering a console I think that was the time to tell me. I have requested a refund we will see if I get it. My advise DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
The item say it was delivery, but I never received the item. They wouldn't give me a refund. This is what they say.

Spent $18 total for a claimed 'Leather' bikers bandanna... received a halloween prop pirates hat made by 'Halloween Spirit' with tags that clearly said 100% Poly... I was spending over $100 a month in purchases yet Wish refused me a refund... Hahaha!... It makes me happy now to think that for a refusal to believe me and refund $18 they are now losing at the least... $75 to $150 each and every month! This tickles me to no end and they helped me break the buying habit as well!... Some of the merchandise like compression tees are top quality but that will always mean you'll recieve only half your order or nothing at all because the vendor sold out

When i first bought from wish i got exactly what i wanted but later i started not getting anything and for refunds they don't usually pay you back in full but sometimes they do i think it's has to do with some of the stores there some stores are legit some are just horrible

Mostly I didnt recieve anything and what I did get was cheap crap. Dont use this app! After months they ask if you got it and refund some money.Its a waste of time.
Do not buy from this app it is a scam! And very very aggravating. When I put in my purchase order they took it and divided it into 17 different orders for every single item that I purchased. When I realize that the shipping address was incorrect. I sent them an email right away. Not only could they not deal with the one item but they kept telling me that it's already been shipped even though I had 17 other items that hadn't shipped yet that I wanted them to correct the address on. There's absolutely no communication with your account between different customer service reps. I couldn't get anybody live. They weren't even really reading my customer support request to them because they all just kept replying the same exact way about the one item that already shipped. Their response was for me to go into each individual item and to put in a customer support request for all 17 items. I told them that this was ridiculous and not good customer service and that they needed to change it on their end. Besides the fact I couldn't get into any shipping address area. I was completely ignored I do not think any of my stuff will ever get here in which case I will stop payment and put a fraud against the wish company. Buyer beware do not use this company it will only lead to aggravation, missing product and no communication! From some of the other reviews I'm not even sure that if my products arrive they will be of any quality anyway. I plan on reporting them.
Nice items but can be found on eBay often, some slow mail some fast thr biggest issue is no coupon codes work and shipping cost add up more than thr items

Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
