I ordered twice and they never sent me anything. Never gave me money. Just took about 3-4 dollars out of my account. Smh. Then they blocked my account on the site so I wouldn't be able to try to buy anything again.
I can't seem to be able to get intouch with you customer service. I had over 12 different items and I don't like the fact that they are all going to be shipped separate. My account has already be charged $259 dollars

I had my doubts about this app when I saw the prices of several of their items. I've only placed a single order... won't do it again. I ordered a pair of shoes... came in crushed, in spite of the lousy bubble-wrap job. Although I ordered a size 10, I got something much closer to a size 8... no way they'll fit. Considering how long it took to get them, I don't see much point in trying to return them. If an item is going to ship from a foreign country that sizes their items differently than Americans... the ad should SAY SO!
I will never order from Wish again. The products did not work, had no instructions and were of very poor quality. I am very disappointed.

Had an issue with my purchase. Sent the incorrect size and when I asked for them to correct the order, was assured that they would manage it. Nothing has happened to date and now when I speak with them, am told that their 30 refund time frame has expired and so there is nothing that they can do for me. This is a SCAM - when you have the customer waiting for a resolution - an action on their part - and they then do nothing for 30 days so that their 30 day refund time frame expires and the customer is left hanging. Wish is not a reputable company.
Absolutely appalling company. I downloaded the app and added some things to my basket. A friend who is already on the app gave me her referral code for 50% off. I tried to use it and it said it was for first time orders and I couldn't use it, but this was my first order. Tried to contact WISH through the contact form on the app and site, through facebook and by email and was ignored. Then I tried one last time and was sent a message saying it was resolved, it wasn't as nothing was done to resolve it. I tried to email again to say this only to find out WISH have blocked my email address and also told my email provider that my account is suspicious. I have been very polite to them in every message I have sent and haven't even sent many, about two from my email, which were ignored, so it is wrong and rude of them to then do this. Worst customer service ever. Definitely won't be buying from them now and will be letting others know of my experience.
I have been buying few items from them for a while now. First they used to be very cheap and reasonable, though delivery time is very long; it was worth waiting long because the items were cheap but durability is hit and miss. But now i guess lots of people are buying from them and they are becoming careless and to some degree become scammers. Ordered few items in the last few months, did not get them, requested for a refund and customer support tells me I am out of the 30 days window of delivery time for wish website refund policy-but the damn things did not come and have been waiting for them for a while. They have been becoming scammers. Plus now they increased their shipping fees in all items drastically making it relatively expensive compared to the past because when adding up shipping and product fees it becomes expensive. Then why would buy items from them, wait for long time that may/may not show up at all, and possibly don't get a refund. You will get screwed either way. My advice to you is to stay away from this Wish website. I would spend a bit more and buy my products locally, get it immediately and if defective exchange or refund immediately without any hassles.
I bought an item on wish on the 1st of May 2017. To date I have not received the item. I contacted the "support" team who replied promptly with absolutely no solution. They even mentioned that I can be assured that they did not pull the item from delivery... why would they give me such a comment. I never accused them of anything except for asking for assistance with my item not received. Extremely unhappy and I will never use this service again. As wil none of my friends
I've ordered items since June till this date items has not arrived. When I want my refund it doesn't give me that option. A very bad online shopping site
Ordered some stuff from Wish and it did not arrive. I contacted them and they asked if I wanted a refund or resend the order. I asked them to resend the order. It is 2.5 months later and according to them I am too late for a refund or resend.
Just wondering when you got a thing on the screen that said choose your free item did it actually work
I ordered a 64GB memory card and now what, just no worries.

I ordered 4 Bluetooth watches and received 4 empty boxes, they claim that the order was for boxes and not watches, even though the description and the image refers to a watch.
Very disappointing
I like wish but it seems they have gotten very slow with deliveries and alot of their stuff is so cheaply made. Half of the time i get stuff and it breaks with in one day. Would love to see them step up alittle more with products and deliveries.
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
