I actually stand by my original review. The one thing to be careful of, is items that come in late. I realized after ordering a few items, that a lot of time had passed. On one item I questioned the delay, they asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes, Money returned. Item arrived a week later which was a month overdue. On another item I wrote customer service instead of just filling out the form and they wouldn't return a penny, saying you have to complain within 30 days of expected arrival and because I was patient, I don't get the item, have to pay s&h and for an item I didn't receive. Apparently so. Make sure if your item is late you complain quickly. On the flip side, I ordered a purse and 4 watches. Watches were late. Got my money back on all, but did receive the items eventually. The purse was nothing close to the quality I wanted so I wrote, explained, enclosed a picture, and received a full refund and was told to keep the purse. Honestly, if you keep on top of things, I guarantee that I have received every item eventually, but have PAID FOR LESS THAN 1/2 of what I received.
Stilll say it is important to stay away from high end items, clothing and electronics. Bought an iPhone charger and it wouldn't stay in.
I have bought many watches and a few pieces of jewelry, but it is crucial to always read other customer reviews. Those that have raved about the watches for example, when I have received them, have been excellent! Loved the watches that ranged between $3 and $18 and they all arrived, sometimes took a bit, and all look much more expensive. If I wrote to customer service about time delays, I received replies usually within hours, even on a Sunday and often they have returned my money, if they couldn't track it, telling me to keep it on them if they arrived. They always ended up arriving. Clothing is tiny! I wear an large, and an xxl just fit! Also fit was off a bit. Watch out for clothing and read reviews!
I recently bought a purse for $70 and I didn't start using it for about 6 weeks. Two weeks after that, so about 2 months after purchased, the zipper broke. I took a picture of the zipper stuck in the Center, and both sides open and requested a refund without returning the purse. Too expensive. Within an hour, they had credited the full amount back to my account. First time I had a return and it couldn't have been easier!
Absolutely terrible quality. This site is a real rip off. Don't chance it. First of all delivery received after two months. Ordered few long sleeve t -shirts as a trial order to see delivery and quality. Garments received were of such poor quality that some of the trims, like buttons or studs were actually out or falling out of the garments.
I had placed an order some 8 months back and I am yet to receive the item. They play on the fact as the money spent is too less the consumer might just forget or get tired after trying for 23 times. Their contact support team is useless.

Ordered an item in May that was suppose to be delivered by July 9th. Item never showed up. I messaged them and believed I was receiving a refund. When I sent them another message a few weeks later because I still didn't have the item or a refund, I got a generic message back saying because I didn't request a refund 30 days after the estimated delivery date that I can't get a refund. For all I know the item was never even sent to me and they're just hoping I don't request a refund.
Stay away from this website. If you even get what you order it takes months and the quality is terrible. My sister ordered a swim suit that's totally differently sized than the chart they showed and it's see thru.
Other sites like ebay and aliexpress banggood tinydeal ect sell mostly the same item and 99% of the time they are way cheaper why bother with this site
Quality items and cheapest prices. You have to remember the sizes are very small when compared to USA sizes, A US Medium is an XL size when buying from most Wish shops. Always check the size charts. Remember to also check the cost of shipping and to expect your item. Refund policy is very good as well. Some items fail to show up, but you will get a credit.
If you are buying lower quality products you will get more quality for your price. You have to pay attention to the details and quality before you buy. I have products that are working great for the cost of the product.
Ordered items on the 3rd of August, when I track it, it says the items have been transferred to my local post office. I went to the post office several times and they cant find anything and it gets even more difficult because they can't track the items with those kind of tracking numbers

Ive ordered sunglasses and jewelry from wish and have been pleased. My one complaint is that i orders a dress and it was not as pictured. However contacting customer service was easy and I got a refund. Not argument or anything.

Their prices you can't beat and the quality is made nicely, true to size. Material was extremely Sofe. Getting teadt to purchase an adorable pair of sneakers from them that received Grear Reviews. I ordered 10 things from this site and then started doing more research. I read that they cheat you and send you really cheap products, so I started returning my items because I had JUST ordered them and they hadn't shipped yet (said they would take a couple days to process order). Right when I started cancelling my orders, all of a sudden the refund button on the rest of my items disappeared. The only thing to do was to contact the company where there was a "request refund" button. As soon as I hit that button, my items changed to "shipped" and I could not request a refund on the items I had JUST ordered. They scam you and I would NEVER TRUST THIS SITE! Please do not buy from Wish.com!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
