Fun and easy to use.

I love Wish! It is so easy to look at the products, and purchase. Adding items to your "wish list"s is fun and then you are able to come back later and purchase.

I bought a pair of boots in dark grey, they came in blue denim. They told me the color of the boots I received was dark grey, trust me it was blue denium. So I sent them back for a refund but I had to pay return shipping so I paid 16 dollars for nothing and I still need grey boots. I will never shop with them again.

Love This site

I've only been unhappy with one out of hundreds of items I've bought from Wish. People complain about the sizes being too small but they say to go by the "size chart." Also people are complaining about the items being cheap quality. The clothes I've received have been good quality. Ever one in a while I'll get something cheap but what do you expect for the price? People are way too picky. If you want "better quality" go spend more money somewhere else, it's that simple.

Fraudulent site

I downloaded the app then it offered me a free gift but you pay shipping cost. I entered my credit card info but it will not process. So I made my selections but it still will not process. I called my credit card and they said the issue is not from their side becaused they cannot even see any attempts. I sent wish customer support an email their response was I should send my bank statement. I responded that it's an unusual response for online shopping then they asked for my photo ID and that my account is on hold. I asked for a phone number to speak to a live person and no response. This is definitely not a legitimate site.

You get much iritation and loose your money.
With my first order I had unfortunately ordered a lot of items at once. I have not get any item- not a single thing. They have no customer tel.nr to call & everything should be contacted by their limited app. When I demanded my money back got just a 1/4 part of it and wasted my time, money and nerves on that awfull experiense.
Dont make the same mistake!

This site is so cheap, however the products usually reflect the cost. I have received a few goods that are awesome, so to say it is hit or miss is more than fair. The shipping normally takes over a month because everything comes from China. I LOVE to online shop, so this site is kind of fun for me to find stupid things without blowing a ton of money.

Horrific

Worst company I have ever encountered. I made a purchase for an item that they confirmed was processed plus gave me notification that my item had shipped then send me a refund and said the reason for the refund is because the item was not in stock but, you send me 2 notifications that my items were processed and shipped. Not only are they LIARS but, completely unprofessional! They need to be fined and put out of business.

False advertising

I ordered a very cute top. I was in shock when I received this top because the top I received didn't look like the picture. The top I ordered looked like the material was polyester. The material was like bandana material very light weight and cheap. This is false advertising.

Stay Away!

IF you even receive your order, and that's a big IF, it's all counterfeit junk. I placed an order, and two of my friends placed orders around the same time. Only 1 of us ever even received our order! And what showed up didn't even match what was ordered, and it was crap anyways!

Worse business ever

They don't have there $#*! together at all. I thought i would give them a chance so I bought from them not once not twice but three times. Some people may say it's my own fault but all three times my order either didn't show up or it was over a month late. If you are thinking about buying from this website please listen it's not worth it... go to Walmart mart or the as seen on tv store because at least you'll get it right away and you won't have to wait over a month or not get it at all and it will be better a better product anyways.

Personally I do not purchase from website like that where you have no idea of the background of the products. 1) Some of the cheap clothing are likely being recycled from the morgue. Google it. It's all on the news. 2) cheap labor. If you are buying stuff from there, you are supporting cheap labor. How could a ring or a watch cost $2 from manufacture till being advertised?! Your watch or whatever product you purchased could be assembled by a child. A product should reflect a fair price, a shopper should possess a fair value and respect towards human labour.

DO NOT BUY FROM WISH

I purchased fake flowers for my wedding after one amazing transaction, after the money took 4 days to be withdrawn, i contacted them to see what the problem waqs, and they didnt reply they marked my order as refunded, now after countless emails and a dispute with my bank looks like i have lost $500.00 of my money for my wedding, they are horrible!

Well surely some deals are pretty good, can't argue about that. HOWEVER. There's a couple of things that needs to be said:
1. Most of the companies selling the items are Asian hence most the sizes of clothing will be Asian sized unless specified otherwise. Things like for example cords may also not work if you live in an European country or something like that. Always read everything there is to know about the product before buying. Not just what the preferred seller has written about it, but also what other sellers and websites have written about the same product.

2. The different sellers ARE DIFFERENT SELLERS. Wish is just like the town square and all the sellers have their own stall with products. Some are good, some are not. Some can be trusted, some will screw you over. I don't think the app provides sufficient information about the seller in order to make good judgement.

3. I noticed that shipping isn't really mentioned until you've put it in your shopping basket and headed for check out. Like to see what the shipping fee is you have to scroll down and click for the information to show. Also when in the shopping basket the text regarding shipping is small and gray so you won't think about it too much. When you calculate what the product and shipping is together it usually isn't as cheap as you'd hoped for and you could find the same product for cheaper (shipping free or included) on the similar concept site eBay which actually shows the shipping costs clearly.

4. Another thing i prefer about eBay is that the prices don't fluctuate like on Wish. On eBay once the seller has listed an item, the listing will remain the same (until it ends or they take it down) but with Wish i noticed that items i had saved because i thought the prices were the best on that specific product later would have risen with 1-5 dollars which of course turned me off from buying. Only the cheapest of the cheap for this cheap $#*!.

5. Now this ones understandable, and can easily be overlooked. I don't exactly appreciate it though: cheap selling tactics. Things like ''buy within an hour and get it half a dollar cheaper!'' with a menacing timer. Though the point system is fairly neat i guess.

Deny for refundable items

I bought an electronic item at $9 before i was confirmed with their email that the item was comparable to my phone. However I could not use it with my phone and asked a refund. After nine correspondence emails in two months (they usually responded only after few days or week of each email), they asked me to mail back the item at my own cost. What a crazy REFUNDABLE COMMITMENT! Never try this site. It is a cheating scam web site.

Yeah their stuff is really cheap but be careful what u wish for! Sometimes things are too good to be true. I have gotten some okay things from wish.com that were okay... tshirts, tank tops, etc... but the purses and jackets and more intricately made things were not so great... you get what u pay forits the same stuff you can get really cheap on ebay from overseas. China, etc...
