Next to your name, click the drop down menu, and click "orders",
Go to the item you wish to return,
And when you are there, scroll to the blue bar that says. Contact support,
Then click on "Returns and Refunds, " click "request a refund",
Then there is a large list to choose from.
I picked, I ordered a different size", and then they made me post a picture. I took a picture, with a measuring tape over the product to prove ot was way too small.

After this you submit it, BUT REMEMBER to keep the page you did this on, because their response will be there. They do not write to your email address. They answer you there.

If you have to send something back, and it is under 16 oz send it first class. They refunded me without having to return it.

You will get ripped off!

Items are well priced until you realize they are junk! Sizes are way off. Impossible to return items--you will get a cyber run-around without any real people helping you. I got totally ripped off on two items, was repeatedly ignored when I tried to return.

First you wait a month for your item...
They false advertise and charge YOU for mailing the return just to get a refund in the first damn place!

NO value for your money

I've bought 2 items from Wish for almost $400 and both were far less valuable than they stated. There weren't even worth the money I paid. They didn't match the description or the pictures. Both were worthless junk.

Never again.

De forma inmediata, luego de mi queja de la extrema demora del último artículo de mi pedido, wish hizo un reembolso a mi tarjeta de pago por el artículo retrasado. Hubiera preferido mi pedido completo y a tiempo, pero reconozco y aprecio, tanto su rápida atención a mi queja como la solución inmediata al problema.

I ordered mini glass jars that were supposed to be 3.5 cm tall. They arrived and they were 1.8 cm tall. So I was already upset with that. Then I ordered 5 different colors of mini artificial flower heads. I got... feathers... a lot of feathers. This is terrible and I demand a refund immediately, these things were for sonething important and now it's ruined, if I can get a refund and my correct items, MAYBE I'll purchase again, but until then, I don't think so.

Having a lot of problems with clothes. That I've been buying off of this app. I've had to return six pairs of pants and articles of clothing and I have four more coming already paid for and I'm afraid that they're not going to fit and or their foreign country size not US size because I really took time to pick out the style you have a lot of choices on your app.

Disappointed

I can't understand how this site can advertise items that look amazing but the item u receive is so poorly made like a lil kid made it with material cheaper than Walmart. The jewelry falls apart or turn colors within a few days. Unfortunately I purchased a large order at once. It took forever to receive it and I got it a few items at a time. I don't advise anyone to shop there.

Handbag arrived with broken metal attachment to shoulder strap, cheap & nasty, half of it seems made with plastic not even vinyl. I clicked on this item and put it in my cart, then saw they were shipping leopard print NOT the black I wanted, so didn't click purchase. It arrived today & when I checked my credit card statement there was the charge $25, for something I didn't order. Stay away from this site, Aliexpress is safer & more honorable.

You get what you pay for

I knew from the start not to expect the highest quality items, since they were so discounted, but once I received my items I was pleasantly surprised! My sweater was super soft and comfortable and fit perfectly. I also ordered some Sakura Pigma Micron fine liners, expecting a bootleg, but they were the real deal! I got all mine pens for only $3 with shipping and received everything really fast. I will definitely be buying from wish again.

WORST COMPANY EVER

So i bought a set of security cameras from here for our house and they were NOTHING like they were in the picture. They then said if i wanted to return them I had to pay the shipping. Um okay whatever. So i did. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. WHEN THE EMAIL ME THEY SAY THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I HAVE PROOF THAT THEY DID ON AUGUST 23,2017 AND THAT THEY HAD TO HAVE A SIGNATURE IN WHICH THERE IS A PICTURE OF SOMEONES SIGNATURE. ON THE FED EX SITE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOESN'T EITHER. DON'T DO IT THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.

The %age discounts quoted look good but, when researching some of the products elsewhere, the starting price is often hugely inflated and the net price is actually lower elsewhere. If you then add on the expensive shipping costs, you are better with amazon and eBay. Most of this stuff seems to come from China and the far-east, so delivery times to Europe are long.

The shipping took about 2 months which is understandable since the items came from china. So if you're willing to wait. Perfect for you. Also the items came one by one in the mail.

I recently purchased several blouses from this company, blouses showed up pretty fast however none of them fit one shirt in particular is practically made out of plastic isn't even the right design that I ordered doesn't look anything like what shows on the website the clothes are made out of inferior material all coming from China and yes I know some things that come from China are okay but these clothes are not horrible horrible material I can't even wear these they are so small I know if I wash them they'll probably shrink down to the size to fit on a doll I have asked for a full refund every single item I have ordered from them I seriously doubt I will get a refund buyer definitely be where do not purchase from this site try eBay or Amazon do not spend your money on wish.

Just ordered

I have made my first purchase from wish. With shipping the total was 16$. Im not expecting Calvin Klein type products lol. The order confirmation tells u when to expect ur products. Some are a month, some longer. What I have found off is my CC has 3 transactions for 16$ however the16 was removed only once. I'll stay on top of that and maybe report back when I have received the order.

I recently ordered 3 sets of Elixir guitar strings from Wish. What a rip off! They arrived reasonably quickly but when I put them onto my guitar I realised that, although the strings appeared to be in an Elixir packet, and in individual envelopes, they were not in fact Elixir strings (high quality gore tex coated strings) but ordinary old strings which sounded completely dead. Beware!

Bad about refunds
