I love Wish highly recommend it.

Wish is a place to shop for cheap, and not only that items arrive quick. Customer service is always there to help if item is damaged or did not arrive they refund you asap and they are really nice they never fight or debate weather or not to return your money. I recommend Wish to all my friend's and family I got them hooked with Wish.

The shipping is slow, but everything else, is great. Some clothes are not exact size, but they are cheap, and you can donate them, or give them to friends or relatives

Wish is a good app, only problem is that most of the items come from oversees and there is usually a language and sizing for clothes barrier. Also some items are misrepresented and are not what they seem. Wish they could do a better job of policing some of those falso advertisers.

Sometimes disappointing

There have been times where I get stuff in great condition but then other times things are wrong or lost or even damaged. Overall, experience is ok. Not great. If there was a quality assurance that looks at things before it leaves would be better. Although, I understand things can be damaged through shipping. Being able to send pictures is a great thing.

Wish it was a little better

Don't get me wrong I DO like using wish. However some things could make it better, like the shipping. I feel that if you are ordering more than one item from a store that you should be able to save some on shipping. Many times i find myself paying just as much or more for shipping that the actual cost of the products purchased. I also have had on a few occasions, items that never arrive. That being said, customer service has always been a pleasure to work with and have gladly refunded the purchase.

Poor Quality

Ordered a "purse set", yes it was leather, but the handles are cheap and short, the inside is completely unfinished, lots of rough edges bags are cheaply sewn and look like swap meet products. The "Large" bucket bag will not even allow the strap over my shoulder. Won't buy here again.

WARNING***WARNING don't shop at Wish, they never send the item described and pictured. Their "best" prdcts are poor and their regular prdcts are junk. If they do send an item it may have major parts missing, or it may represent the item ordered but of very very poor quality.If you ever get to contact someone in customer service, they demand a photocopy of the statement from your financial institution showing that they sent money from your account to Wish. They require a photo of the item you received, a clear photo of the packaging with the label and tracking number and a personal ID photo. After twelve emails they agree to a partial refund. And I still don't know if I will ever receive all the items I paid for. Then they blocked my account, which I thanked them for, so I can no longer have any transactions there. If you like dealing with a reputable site don't donate your funds to this place!

All my items came to me. And they came like 2-3 weeks early that expected. There were a few items that came in that wasn't of good quality but I managed to alter them to make them what I wanted.
Some of the items I got were...
Flower girl dresses. They were beautiful and just as described.
Their baskets were nice, my bouquet was beautiful, the bouquets for my girls were not what I had expected but I fixed them up.
I love wish I shop there A LOT!
The lower than low prices are great!

I purchased a few items in November with expected arrival dates for December 31,2017, however i kept checking the site to see where the items were but i stopped getting updates when i contacted customer support after the date had passed. They changed the dates to January 7,2018 with that date closely approaching still no updates to where my packages are.

It pays to stick with the more established sites... so disappointed!
