You can buy dollar store items for dollar store prices on wish, without having to go to the store. Most of the time I am happy with my purchases as they are as realistically expected, but occasionally I am disappointed. Thankfully, wish has a good refund policy, so I still think it is worth checking out.

I was usually frustrated with the delivery time of the products I ordered or how the item(s) wouldn't arrive at all. I have a friend who isn't impressed with the increased costs but, I'm perfectly fine with it because I know I will most likely get my item within a reasonable time.

Is denied the opportunity to speak with someone in regards to customer service issues have to e mail and wait for a response which sometimes takes over 3 days. You get what you pay for which is cheap: cheap product, cheap customer service, cheap experience. I erased the app and no longer use this service

I love that wish has a variety of stuff how cheap it is sometimes it takes a long time to get but for the most part its good

One particular order did not delivered after waiting for so long but I was charge.
It's a shame when you've been waiting for three weeks and you're still awaiting the package after that I was making a follow up but have been told they will just refund it... I don't need the refund I need what I've ordered and that's it nothing came in...

The shippers need to package items better. A lot of items come in bad shape from them getting tossed around during the shipping process.

Orders take months to get to destination I still haven't recived my order from last year smh! The problem is that you don't get notifications wen order arrives either so very disappointed.

Been here from the start this site has never let me down I shop here more than any other site they have pretty much everything I need

Over all I've been highly satisfied with my experience with wish. I've only had a few hiccups but they were resolved quickly and professionally.

Some stuff was good some stuff wasn't good. Hit and miss. If you want clothing prepare to get several sizes bigger to fit.

Not worth even bothering with... to many negative shipments... stolen money... slow mail... ill fitting clothes... your sizing us a nightmare...

When you press the buy button price always goes up. The description of items are extremely unclear. The buying process is quite simple and if item not received they usually refund. However, it takes at least a month to receive purchase. If ordering multiple items from same buyer they refuse to ship together, which means paying double or multiple shipping fees usually greater than the purchase it self.

I've had so much fun shopping on Wish! I have never received a bad or poorly made item. I love all the jewelry. The clothes and shoes I've purchased for my grand daugters' 18 inch dolls are so inexpensive and good quality. You have a customer for life!

This was not my first time and I'm sure it won't be my last time, they have some good prices.as things I would not have thought about but can use.

Mostly satisfied just a little dissappointed in not getting some stuff. Like on some of american doll clothes

I really like shopping with Wish, I just hate when you get your order and the item is very tiny. But for the most part I am pretty satisfied. I enjoy it a lot.

I have purchased several items with wish and I have been 100% satisfied and if I was not they where quick to resolve the problem.
