The first (and last) time I used Wish, I ordered a few different items from two different sellers. From the first seller, one of the items was missing from the package, and the items I did actually receive were counterfeit. After attempting to contact customer service several times regarding the issues, I finally received a reply that made little sense (Im assuming the person that wrote it did not speak English very well) and did not even acknowledge the part about the missing item. I ended up getting a refund for only one out of the six items that were delivered (there were supposed to be seven) for the inconvenience of them being counterfeit, and it was on the cheapest item and did not include a refund for the shipping. The missing item was never acknowledged or refunded and after several more attempts to contact customer service regarding the item with no reply, I finally gave up and cut my losses. On an additional note, I find it absurd that there was an individual shipping cost on each of the items that cost as much as the item itself, when all of the items came in one shipment. I must have paid at least 5 times the actual cost to ship my very lightweight items in one shipment. As for the second seller that I ordered two items from, I waited and waited to receive until I all but forgot about the order. Several months after the order was placed, it came to my mind that I had never received them. I went to my order history, where it clearly showed on the tracking that they were never delivered. I then went to the request refund link and chose the reason item not received, however when I attempted to submit the request, I received an auto-reply that I was unable to receive a refund on items that were delivered more than 30 days ago. Obviously this made no sense as their own system showed that the item was never delivered! So I was forced to go through the message customer service option again, explaining to them what they should already be aware of, that I never received the items after waiting several months, and, of course, just want a refund that is rightly due back to me. God knows when, or if, I will ever hear back from customer service or receive my refund. The only thing I am sure of, is that I will never purchase another item from Wish again.
I find many products that are on store shelves at half the price on Wish. The listing may say it is not going to arrive for 15-30 days but in my experience things have arrived in a week. I love Wish!
Awesome products to buy from it's literally everything you want and cheaper. My only problem is sizing chart need better work and some products need better descriptions.
I don't like when you send a new shopping list and the first 10-15 articles are already sold out. Shipping is expensive and the shipping time is too long. Service is good and response from headquarters is excellent.
I have always had excellent service from Wish. I made a purchase just before Christmas, unfortunately I was not happy with the item and within hours I had an email from Wish. Wish were amazing and within a short amount of time, I had a refund. Many thanks Wish, you are amazing.
The service is excellent deliverys could be qiucker but overall im very happy with the sevice some parcels take a lot longer than the date of delivery given too me

I was a bit skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews. But I decided to give wish.com a try anyway. In the past couple of months I have ordered about 20 items, mostly jewelry. One particular ring was received a size larger than ordered. I sent an email to them and got a reply within 24 hours stating that I could keep the ring and they have a refund on my account towards my next purchase. So far everything I have received has been what I expected, pricing and shipping was more than fair. I appreciate how quickly their customer service team got back to me, and I will continue to use them.
Some things are good and some are not that's why I give it a 3 is kinda great and it's kinda not some products are terrible to get cuz they break easy or rip
Im happy with this site. The only thing that really annoyed me. Was a couple of times I ordered items that looked nothing or very deceiving what the actual item looked like. But that only happened a couple of times. Other than that. Im very satisfied with the Wish site. Nicky

The Wish app is really good I had a lot of good experiences purchasing from there and if you don't get your product they are great at getting you a refund they have a little of everything and something for everyone I recommend this app do anyone I would like to buy trinkets odds and ends clothing just order a size bigger on most clothing more gadgets than you can ever think of you will find things you didn't know existed but shipping can be slow for China to the US but overall really good app / web site
Excellent good deals plenty of different products at a reasonable price, can always find lots of interesting things from beauty, clothing, kids toys, electronic, pet supplies, kitchen and bathroom supplies, watches, shoes, whatever you can possibly want its there

I ordered in August and was told expected arrival dates in September. In October, I was told it might be late (changing the expected arrival date) and given the option to wait longer. When it never arrived, I applied for a refund and was told I applied too late (more than 30 days after original delivery date). I was cheated. I will continue to warn everyone I can about this scam until I get my money back.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
