I keep on buying with wish because my overall experience is satisfying. It usually worths the price and rarely takes more than 3 months to arrive.
A lot of the things don't like the picture so you have to be careful read all the reviews to see what other people said and it also takes really long for shipping and if you wait too long to tell them that you didn't get your item they tell you that they can't do anything. But if you try to tell them before 30 days at you still haven't received your item they tell you that you have to wait till after 30 days but would you wait to other 30 days I tell you there's nothing you can do. Also if you order multiple item for one person like say you order 3 pillows etc You're gonna have to pay shipping on every single one of your pillows even though you're ordering from the same exact store the same item but in 3. Shipping is overpriced as well you're better off just using eBay
I have experienced great customer service at WISH. The customer service representatives are very helpful when there is an issue with the order. I am a very loyal customer, due to the great customer.
However, WISH needs to work on improving the sizes of there clothing and shoes. I have ordered many clothing and shoe items from WISH. Many of those items were too small, but if the sizing had been accurate, the item should have fit or been to large. I wear a US size XL or XXL, but I have received items labeled 5xl from WISH that were still far too small. If WISH made their clothing sizes more accurate, I would shop there even more...

On some of my purchases I find them to be 2nd quality! Sewing was terrible on the pillow covers I purchased! Garden light arrived with no plug and was shown with a plug! Weary of making future purchases!

With all of their heavy marketing before Thanksgiving, I thought I'd give them a try. I did my research and understood that they were based in China so I knew delivery would take a while. If you noticed their advertising stopped after Thanksgiving. This is because it takes a minimum of 3-4 weeks to get your merchandise. Which meant that I was smart to order a couple of days before Thanksgiving. My deliveries were projected to arrive between December 18 and Jan. 2nd. Surprisingly I received 4 out of the 6 items I purchased between the 18th and 23rd of Dec. I received the last 2 items last week around Jan. 9th. Honestly no big deal since the main items I wanted came in time for Christmas for my child (Peppa Pig figurines) which were good enough quality. Other than that particular item the rest of the the things were of very cheap quality. Seriously I've gotten better quality from Dollar Tree items. The size and quality of their items are greatly misrepresented. Very cheaply made. If you want to save money go to a dollar store or a thrift store. It was a wish alight. Lesson learned.

Im satisfied with wish and my purchases also i like how if my item is damaged i can ask for a replacement or refund or if im just overall dissatisfied with my purchase, the only thing that im not satisfied with is the long time it takes for my purchases to arrive or even some purchases never make it to yourhouse.

I enjoy getting things from wish. There have been a few times shipping took twice as long as expected. But I've never had any broken items. And have been happy with all of my purchases.
I wish the tracker was a lot more accurate but the site is great. The options are seemingly limitless and there are conversion tables to help you get just the right size, you are allowed to stack coupons for even better deals, the quality of everything (except in my experience the jewelry) was amazing when I received the product, you are sure to get your product before the estimated "due" date, and unless you are trying to buy a snap ton of items, you are going to get a great deal even without stacking coupons for the products come straight from the country. Wish is great. I have recommended to all of my coworkers and will continue to recommend this app.
It's not that good. I ordered a couple of things from wish. Products of wish are not of good quality. That's why they have very low prices.
The prices are great, products are super cute and useful. I've even found things I never expected. You just have to search and then compare vendors' prices and shipping.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
