Love wish

I have purchased A LOT from wish, most of my experience has been good few things not the greatest.
I wish that the history section was more user friendly, when you have ordered 2 pages of items and you need to rate it's a pain to go through them all. If the items that you have received and rated be better if they moved lower down or something so you don't scroll through all your items over again.

Lo que no estoy satisfecha es porque los pedidos no llegan, se que me reembolsan el dinero ( y uno tiene que estar checando las fechas) y ahora dan fecha para los reembolsos si no no lo pueden hacerlo, o sea perdemos nuestro dinero. Pero lo que más es que ilusionan con lo que pedimos y no lo recibimos y luego los volvemos a pedir y tiene un costo mayor

El problema es que se demora mucho mas de lo presupuestado, o bien el producto no llega, mas de 30 % de mis compras me han tenido que hacer reembolzo por que el producto no ha llegado

Hello,
I've in the past wanted to communicate directly with the vendor to get a quote or see if they had something in different color.
I had a typo on my order and fixed it at check out, but it still printed the typo address even though I confirmed it was the right one. I've also had issues uploading into the app for videos or pictures I can get my points.

Its not a deal breaker because I love wish, I just wish we could ask the community questions about the item and communicate with the vendor more directly.
