I'm still waiting for package that I ordered in January. Sometimes it comes earlier, others never. About the items I agree they are good, but sometimes is not exactly what they are advertising

Over all experience was fine still waiting on some items. Still looking for other item at good prices.

It's actually good buying cheap things in Wish but the sometimes sellers just have to be downright idiot about it. For ex: posting pictures and you thought you will have the same exact product but alas, it's opposite day. All in all, no problem. Because now I see the couriers are updating every time they can, or maybe it depends on the courier.

They sent something other than what I ordered. First I had to send a picture of the wrong item. A couple of days later they wanted a picture if the shipibg label from the package. I had already thrown it away. It took a long time but I was refunded for the purchase. I never did get the item I wanted. The shipping takes so long I didn't want to bother to try again.

Kupuję wiele produktów z waszej, platformy jednak nie wszystkie towary są prawidłowo prowadzone jeśli chodzi o śledzenie przesyłek. Jednak cieszy fakt że w sytuacji braku towaru, pieniądze za towar są zwracane na konto właściciela. Ogólnie reszta bez zastrzeżeń. Dziękuję za dostarczane produkty.

Hola, de la atencion al cliente y rembolsos no tengo quejas pero al realizar una compra hay expectativas de recibo de producto y cuando no llegan les quitan las ganas a uno de seguir comprando porq se espera bastante tiempo y uno quiere el producto y terminamos realizadno desembolsos. Por ello no he vuelto a comprar.

Sometimes it's not what they advertised its totally the opposite, it's not a true site and I cant understand what is taking them so long to send the items

I ordered 4 swimsuits from them and when I got them they were all real small and I read all the reviews and they said that they fit real good but for me they were way to small not happy with any of the clothing I ordered

Lo que no me convence es que Wish no tiene para las compras de enviar Prioritario de dos a tres dias. Se tardan mucho en llegar los paquetes.

All my orders were late. They came 2 months after the receiving date and in most of the cases the products were bad, nothing like the picture or they were broken. Horrible experience. I do not recommend buy on wish anymore

He realizado bastantes pedidos y estoy bastante satisfecha con las compras. Lo único que falta es algo de rapidez, tardan mucho en llegar los productos.

I didn't appreciate being notified after I requested a refund for being past due my delivery date that I had to wait two more weeks, that is totally unfair to the consumer. You should take the time to send an informative e mail.

I like variety of avaliable things. I would like to have more accurate search, and more specific description of the items. Also it would be good to have items that are in progress in separate folder than this that already arrived. People that are working for wish help are very helpful.

I have been shopping on Wish for some time now. Except for a few items that were not exactly what I had ordered everything else was great. Great customer service when I contacted with a question.
