Im shopping at Rosewe from now on because the clothes there actually fit like the chart says. Shoes fit 1 shirt fit and i spent about 200.00 but i gave everything else away.
Stuff that arrived, albeit very slow, was fine. Problem was 20% never arrived and had to complain to Wish and it took months to get a refund and they still havent refunded everything. Bottom line, may cost a little more on Amazon but so worth it
I have been a client for a very long time. You all were my go to store. I trusted youll. But ever since this problem with the tennis shoes, mystery box, and cherry seeds that I have never received. I am having second thoughts about youll. Your customer service is a very bad joke. We can never get a hold of you. I have paid for all this and still no merchandise.

I am pleased, in general, with wish. I don't like that the sizes are a hit or miss and that the photographs can be misleading.
I love it. You can get stuf for less money. And i Love most of the iteams. Most selers are fair IF you dont recieve an iteam or get it damaged, ull get a refund. Not si pleasent is the Long delivery but on the other side u get more exited when it arrives. Cause you Mostly forget what u order si it feels like Christmass.
Watch on items that say FREE.at the end of check out they are no longer free... and good luck getting your money back... wish just as blind as the seller
You really have just about everything. I literally spend hours scrolling and making wish lists. I really enjoy getting packages two to three times a week. It's like Christmas all year long. Some reasonable prices. I've had a few issues with some products received but you always take care of the problem right away. Recently I've had a problem with my account. This issue has still not been resolved. I'm hoping that someone helps me soon. It would be nice if there was a way for you to contact customers besides messages/emails. Since I'm unable to speak with a person I'm having a very difficult time making someone at wish understand exactly what my complaint is. I'm hoping it will be resolved shortly. It would be nice if there was a phone call Center that could be reached for certain issues. Regardless of those problems I still continue to shop quite often. Wish is wonderfully addictive. Sometimes a products description can be very confusing. This will usually cause me to not buy an item. All in all I'm pretty happy with my experiences on wish and recommended your app often. Keep on doing a good job with all you do. I for one really appreciate you having it all along with some competitive prices. Thanks.

I ordered 3 items one never reached me one broke 2 days later & the other is actually still holding up pretty well but I couldnt believe my watch band fell off my arm as I was walking it was so embarrassing and it caused my Apple Watch to get scratches on it the band was so cheap its ridiculous but hey you get what you pay for

While there are good deals to be had on Wish getting them delivered on time or if at all is a huge task. I've had more overdue and not delivered than actual deliveries.
Prices on Wish are incredibly low. I have bought several things and have be happy with most. I would remind shoppers to 'carefully read descriptions'

Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
