Never got it. Return process impossible. Mailman marked delivered but returned to sender right away. Get treated like crap and refused a refund. Asked customer service to help he said no I returned once before so he couldn't help. They stole money and get the product back. They also did in store delivery when the store owner couldn't find my products and I was charged half a restocking fee as though it was my fault. Crap products, horrible service. Order off AliExpress or somewhere else. At least if they have an issue they listen and fix it. Here not so much. They also close your case and ignore you. It's insane. Had to reach out to PayPal to get refund. Thankfully it's being processed missing out my wish money though. Do not buy from here.
My order was placed 8 June 2021. 5 October 2021 and still not received. Wish refuses to refund me. They say the refund period has expired but when I was in the refund period, they didn't want to refund me as they kept on promising that the items will be delivered shortly. Now they want to refund with Wish cash... I did not pay with Wish Cash. I paid with my own cash.

I ordered something from wish and the status says it was delivered but I never received my item. Wish will not refund me because the status says it was delivered. I do not recommend buying anything from wish. I will buy my stuff from Amazon from now on. Wish needs to be shut down they are horrible. I've bought a few items from Wish and while not completely satisfied each time (An example: one sweater fit great in the body, but the sleeves were way too tight to the point of cutting off blood circulation after a few minutes of wearing it); I decided to give them another chance.
Ordering something (a watch) that looked nice and even though the price seemed to good to be true, I thought I could live with it for that price.
Surprisingly, the item arrived ten days earlier than the timeframe mentioned and was packed quite well.
However, upon opening it, I could tell it was a knockoff right away - I owned an original before it was stolen a few years back. Checking it out anyway, it didn't even function as the original I had. Poorly made overall; not going into details here.
Well, I chose to return it. Finally got a reply two days later from "Sarah Jean" asking if there was anything wrong. I explained that it wasn't as described in form and function. Back and forth with several emails with no real results... including one she sent "The company says they sent it out as promised on the day they said they would.". I replied I didn't receive what was pictured. She asked for pictures to compare. I sent them and received another reply with her defending the company. So I asked if I get a reply or not.
Silence for a few days.
Finally, I contacted PayPal and sent pictures to them to show the difference and the emails received this far from "Sarah Jean".
The very next day, I got an email from "Sarah Jean" with an attachment of mailing label to send it back - at my expense.
Disgruntled, I obliged. It was received a couple of days later (the return center isn't too far away from me) with someone signing for it. (Since I was to mail it back at my expense, signature confirmation was the way to go.)
I notified PayPal right away and got word the next day they ruled in my favor and would refund the amount to my account within a week. It took only two days! During that time, I never heard from "Sarah Jean" again.
Just as well, as soon I saw the refund in my account, I closed out my Wish account and vow never to do business with them again.
Lesson learned!
Therefore, if a person wants to oder from Wish, use PayPal. They'll help you out more than you might think. And be persistent with Wish to get a return label!

I haven't got my product yet but when I ordered it it said one price after ordering the price change to something else and it wasn't even the whole sweat suit so I'm a little disappointed that I have to buy them separate when you show it together as one suit and that's how it was listed try to cancel order wasn't even able to hope the product is better than the experience I just had

I was sold a counterfeit watch that was supposed to be a automatic chronograph and what I was sent was a very cheap quartz that dint even workthe seller said deal with it and I contacted customer support over 11 times and they keep shining me on, they would rather have a dealer selling very poor quality counterfeit watch then have a honest business I contacted supposed way to many times and can't get anything done about it, next step is filing with the BBB.

I bought a battery for a Makita Tool on Wish. It failed after a very short period of time. I contacted them about the issue and was told that because I was past 30 days, there is no remedy. There was little or no thougth put into what appeared to be a nearly automated response. I was happy to exchange the product and stated as but that was not even acknowledged.
I am an attorney and appreciate the plain language of the their contract. I also appreciate that a reasonable retailer that sells a durable good which fails almost immediately will offer to at least exchange the product.
Do not use this site if there is any chance you may need customer service in the future. This was my first and last experience with Wish, and it was highly disappointing.

I ordered a blouse, pair of tights, & 2 piece jogging suit. Blouse was ordered, medium. It had to be xxxsmall. It would fit a 6 yr old. Tights ordered in medium. They had to be xxsmall. 2 piece jog suit, medium. It fit, but material was like a heavy fleece. Material wasn't good for my skin.
All communication is done on email. I got the same correspondence, 9 times. They wanted photos of the items w/ pics of tags. I sent them, got email they wanted them again. After email after email, I told them this is way too confusing. I'm giving the items away. We're done.
Wish mails from China. My bill was paid before it was even shipped. It takes weeks to get it.
You have 30 days to return. They were buying time.
Don't waste you time or money. Shipping is expensive. The cost of shipping is a few dollars less than the clothes.

This is the most deceitful website I have ever purchased anything from. What is pictured IS NOT what you receive. The jewelry is very cheap & WILL turn your finger green. The clothes are very poorly made & look shabby. But what really angers me, is that they advertise an item's price, but when you choose a size or color, that price changes, to about double what it said it cost. These people are not trying to give you a great deal. They are trying to rip you off. And they are laughing. All the way to the bank.

Ordered 2 tshirts from WISH and they turned up but were Asian Sizes not European which means they were 2 sizes smaller. WISH would not accept they were at fault at first and refused a refund until i got PayPal involved. I sent the items back to WISH via recorded delivery but after a week they said they had not recieved them despite royal mail confirming the delivery. They closed the case so I went back to Paypal and WISH denied agreeing to a refund. I sent Paypal all the emails with WISH and a refund was finally issued. Wish emails from customer service were rude and antagonistic so it felt like they were delibrately trying to rip me off.
I spoke to a few friends and they had similar experiences with WISH. AVOID.

I ordered a two-piece African wear from them. When I received the order after a long wait it wasn't really what I order. The design of the fabric was totally different from what they advertised. I ordered a size 2X. The top was like a size 4X, while the skirt was like a size 10. I told them I needed to send it back, but they keep on telling me to take pictures and more pictures of the clothes. I did that on two occasions with the tape measure on the clothes so the could see the measurements. But they still were asking for more pictures. At this time I totally gave up. My money wasted. Honestly I hate this company with a passion.

This company is sketch. When ordering items, prices will change while the item is in your cart. Prices are different for the same item depending on how you find it whether it be a link from google search or the wish search engine. I still ordered a few items from the site after I learned how to work the system in my best interest. I had to find the item via google shopping, click the link, and order within minutes or the price would raise up. If I searched for the same item from the same retailer in the wish app, the item was higher. All of this in itself would rank Wish at a 3 star for me, but then they started charging my card for items I never purchased. Don't purchase from them. Scam. I'm going through trying to get my money back from them now.

I bought a few items from Wish and all OK. But then I bought an item that really was not what I expected so I decided to return it. I had collected the item from one of their official drop off points. The drop off points also deals with returns so I took it to them. They scanned the item and said that was it - the scanned code would be communicated to Wish's system and I should receive my refund in a week or so. It has been weeks now and still no refund. I have contacted Wish's customer service repeatedly and explained the situation. They just send a standard message asking for tracking number - even though when your return using their official drop off points there is no tracking number. They then close the case and I start the whole process over again. They simply will not address the actual issue and so refuse to give the refund. I will never use Wish again.

Fist couple of orders went off without a hitch decent product shipping is super slow price's made up for slow shipping. Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
