Bought a set of golf clubs that came without shaft labels ( the label that identifies the manufacturer of the clubs).
Contacted what they call "customer support" 5 times and they kept giving me a link that would not come up.
Each time I retried to get a link to up load pictures of the unlabeled clubs they CONTINUED to send me the SAME UNUSABLE link.
In frustration I gave up trying to get the labels but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM WISH AGAIN!
Before you consider buying from them realize they will do EVERY THING NOT TO HELP YOU if you have a problem or complaint.

I placed an order on July 6,2021 for $169.00 and I have not received any of the order. I have tried to contact them by phone and e-mail, but that is not possible. All I get is a recording saying they do not take phone calls. I tried all the e-mail addresses only to be transferred to a company called "Just Answer" and they said they were not affiliated with Wish. I have tried for 3 months now to get an answer about my order but nothing has worked. All I can say now is I hope this review is seen by other people so they will not get caught up in this theft ring. This is nothing more than AN ORGANIZED THEFT RING STEALING MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE. THIS HAS TO STOP!

A lot of what they sell is trash. I'm not ordering from them ever again. I paid good money for a projector light and it was delivered broken and missing pieces. Yet they refused to do anything about it. I've ordered supposedly sterling silver and it broke me out within a couple hours. Buyer beware!

I have notice wish has stolen my payment info and ordered product without my consent. I have tried to ask them to cancel the order or refund the money since it wasn't me, but was told tooooo bad. This site is a scam. They are bunch of crooks. The items they send you is such a garbage that our maid would not even take them for free. I have disputed the charges on my American Express. They keep asking me to send them the photo of their own garbage. Not sure why they want me to send them a photo of their piece of $#*! that they have thousands of them in their store. Do not buy from this site.

I've placed 5 orders now, not a single shipment has gone out. Look at the screenshot. Every time I buy something they eventually admit they don't even have any and issue a refund. It's a waste of time, don't get your hopes up. It makes me wonder what it is they're getting out of this and I don't really even like that they have my card #.

I tried to purchase a chuwi tablet. I placed 6 different orders and each one was cancelled within 2 days. The value of the tablets were between $200-$350. No explaination. The transactions appeared on my bank statement as a debit and credit. I contacted customer service and they told me my transaction triggered an alert. Same answer 6 times. SO I ordered a $100 tablet with a memory card.The order was processed. I got a message my order was delivered by USPS. I received a USB memory card. NO TABLET. I contacted customer service and they gave me a refund. I tried 1 more order and it was cancelled. Apparently your credit card gets flagged for unauthorized use because the vendor is in China, not the US. SO only buy something under $100 from them. Buy you computers from a US based company.

I have use this site throughout a Spand of two or three years. On and off nothing really big the first year, seemed awesome second year I ran into about two problems no refund no exchange. Now here I am once again with my foolish mind and foolish fingers and overcharged credit card, I now have missing packages that they state were delivered. Two items that are of the most crappy as quality, and if I plug them in I might set my house on fire! And to get a response LOL are probably waiting another six more years! This is the worst sight!
And I have ordered from many places online I've even ordered products directly from China. And still received better service oh and by the way I was actually able to speak to a representative. Unlike the wish company. If you are into losing money getting scammed or just receiving his $#*!ty products! Then yes please be my guest order from this site. But if you value the money that you've earned then please stay far away from this website because you will only be sitting up like myself pissed off aggravated, stuck with crappy merchandise that you're unable to use unable to get a refund on and you're missing packages

Wish referral program does not work! I invited 4 of my friends, they have successfully used my code. I received notifications that my recommendations were successful and that I will receive Wish cash after 7 days. After 7 days my invited friends list is now empty and I did not receive any Wish cash! Wish referral program is a scam! Dont invite anyone because you will not get anything for that! Save your friends from this scam program!

I was reluctant to buy from Wish but they had a hard to find replacement for my favorite sunglasses that broke. This was not a discount item. It was sold on wish at full retail price of
$ 99.00 What I paid 5 years ago. I searched hi and low for the sunglasses and wish had them and nobody else to I rolled the dice. The glasses showed up in 4 days after a 1-2 week delivery promise and the glasses were perfect. Ralph Lauren polo with grey lenses not green. Green was readily available from multiple vendors, but not grey. I am more than thrilled. Wish has a shady reputation but this time they delivered what I ordered early and in perfect condition.
I bought an XL t-shirt and it fit like a medium. It was obviously mismarked (I only buy XLs so I know what they should fit like). They immediately said please refer to size chart and were asking me to pay for return postage. Forget about getting anybody to listen and try to help you in their so-called "Customer Service". It was clear from two weeks of trying to get them to pay for postage that it was their job to run you around in circles and refuse to give you a postage paid return label. Needless to say I won't be buying from Wish ever again!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
