Items arrived late. Some items have STILL not arrived. Went to the store and picked them up and they would not give them to me. I was refunded and charged a "restocking fee" even though the items were not restocked according to the store. I don't want to refund, I want my items. They won't take back items that do t fit despite their policies for returns. They are ridiculous. I ordered an item that never arrived although I got a notification it was delivered. I contacted them and they won't refund but told me to contact USPS. I did. There is no record of the tracking number provided. I shouldn't have to go through this. They won't do anything but say the issue is resolved when it is not. I'm deactivating my account as soon as the one item left to deliver arrives.

After placing an order that gave me a less than to week delivery date I get a message saying I won't get my item till around dec17 I needed this item before December no I can't cancel it because it's coming from flipping China this was not mentioned buyer beware they get you not telling you where it comes from then tell you it's shipped so you can't cancel your order I will never buy from this ripoff company again

I started out buying items for my son's school and scouts projects. I learned really quick to not take the shipping time or the item quality too seriously. In this mindset I was ok knowing 50%of the time I may not even get the item or may get it 30-120 days late lol. The quality is questionable and if the item is "too cheap" there is a reason, it's garbage. I have had so many issues with shipping I chose to ship to a local store for pickup and still cannot get my items shipped in a reasonable time. Because Wish cannot keep a standard for sellers for shipping or delivery at all I was now flagged LMAO. I am buying items, paying $$$ for them and cannot get the seller to send them but I am at fault. WHAT? INSANE! I "Wish" I could give 0 stars like I get the 0 items.

You don't always get your your items delivered to you and it's hard to keep up with purchases that's coming from China because you may sometimes forget that you placed a order. Then when you inquire about it and they tell you that it has been delivered. You've lost out on money and you don't have the items so what I do is go on wish if I see a item, I put it in my Google search bar and find a better quality item and most of the the a better price at another business.

What they send you is pure junk. My wife and i have ordered from wish and the two orders were not as described. Nothing to do with the picture. We could not get a refund because sending the item back will cost more than twice what was paid for the order

A few days ago, I looked at two items less than fifty dollars but the shipping charges were too high. I decided not to order. The next day someone tried to charge my card a ridiculous charge of over Eight Hundred Dollars. This happened several times and I had to shut down the card and get a new one. I will never attempt to order from Wish again.

My product want as expected. I asked to return but amazingly the order number I was given by them originally doesn't exist they say, so, they won't refund me. Nearly 2 weeks spent back and forth with requests of help but they just kept asking for order number. Con merchants, nothing but disgust for this company! I wish I could give a minus 5 star rating.

They are very hard to get a proper response from most seem to be automated and if you do they do acknowledge you they hide and say it was what you ordered which was clearly not even by the picture they showed

When advised did not receive item automatic reply was over 30 days so could not receive refund.
As postal services have experienced a lot of delays due to lockdown through Covid outbreak think that Wish could have made allowances for this. One way of losing customers

Wish always asked if you had received your purchased items, not anymore they have changed their format so you can't even inquire about purchases. I have not received my purchases now Wish tell me that I'm not entitled as I waited longer than 30 days, well after years of my custom, not anymore WISH, once bitten, twice shy!

Here is a example of XL shirt that clearly is a Small most likely mislabeled and I even ordered a 2XL and that was possibly Large that didn't fit So requested to exchange for a 3XL but here is the response I got. All these positive reviews is crap.

I am not joking this was an actual we know we screwed up but that's your problem for doing business with us. This is not how customer service works. Stick to Amazon or EBay at least you can return the stuff if it's wrong.

Phones are all knockoffs that do not work in the US. I ORDERED 10. The orders were all cancelled. Finally after 10 weeks I received an s21 ultra. NOT A SAMSUNG, LOL. NOTHING IN THE PHONE WAS CLOSE TO WHAT A SAMSUNG S21 HAS IN IT. ITS A JUNK PHONE THAT DOESNT WORK ON THE US NETWORKS.
Ordered some undies and clothes for my girlfriend... sizes are not even close to US sizes... a 3x may be a medium in the US.
One exception are the sex toys... some are as, described and of decent quality... ALTHOUGH,, the $#*! cages seem to run rather small, NO PUN INTENDED, Lol.
I will say that returns were handled well

I have had this happen twice. The shipment arrived at the stated time, but there were 2 problems with this wrist watch. 1. On the watch face it says "automatic" but the movement is quartz, not mechanical. The advertisement for this watch also said that it must be wound up each time before wearing, suggesting it is a mechanical movement, but inside it is electronic and runs by battery. 2. The watch was damaged: the minute hand was loose. As someone here has already stated, even if you get a refund, it does not include the inflated shipping price or tax, so in the end you will have paid for nothing. AVOID THIS SCAM.

This is a worse shopping experience with wish. The customer support sucks. I returned the item purchased, it never got refund, after I trying back and forth to the a person or machine - not sure? I have to call my credit company to file a dispute.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
