I ordered a special was posted on Wish.com, charge it to my card and waited from 10/9/21 to 10/29/21, I received the card reader, but never received the memory cards, I waited for so long to get them and yet I was told that they have to cancel my order and refund my money.

Don't order from Wish, they apparently ship regular mail from China. Regular mail from china takes for ever to get here in the states. I am very disappointed with the service and the mailing procedure they have, why can't they have location here in the state to make it easier and faster delivery.
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT AND HAVE YOUR ORDER CANCELLED ON YOU.
I will be ordering some adorable micro mini skirts from Wish to go with my new backseam pantyhose... the prices are unbeatable and the quality is great... I love my stockings and pantyhose!... John
DO NOT, DO NOT do any business at all with this company. THEY ARE A RIP OFF! Their prices seem low but then when you go to buy the price goes way up. Also if you return just a couple of items they block you from returning any more items at all!-This is illegal because they have a return policy WORST WEBSITE you could possibly BUY FROM the SIZES ARE ALL WRONG, the quality is terrible, stay away from this website stay away! I went on Wish to buy 9 small Ganesh statues as gifts to my yoga class. They were priced at £2.85 but with hefty postage it cost me over £58. When I got the confirmation email I saw that I had purchased Buddhas not Ganesh.
Thinking the error mine (it wasn't, it's their rubbish system) I asked for a refund as Wish cash so I could try the purchase again. BIG MISTAKE on my part as Wish cash disappears into an alternate universe where no one can ever reach it again.
When I then realised the item was setup in such a way that to actually buy the Ganesh they were £4.85 each, not the £2.85 advertised, I did not want to buy anything on Wish.
I have been trying to get my money back for weeks now as this was taken from me fraudulently. They keep saying "it is not possible to refund Wish cash" (the alternate universe thing) which is rubbish. I have raised a complaint with an American firm as these people are completely unregulated and this is criminal.
My daughters have since told me that Wish is well known for being Crap and memes are common about them. Pity I didn't know this first!

I received my boots and the material, heel wasn't as the website picture, very cheap looking boots, looks like someone tired to copy the picture which is a joke, I have 4 more orders coming and I know they will be crappy items, I just got scam. They sent me a return label, I went to my local post office, when scan you don't get a tracking conformation, and the return label address is unknown per the post office, the website customer service is generic, not a live person, I've sent many issues about the label, they keep telling me to see my transaction for updated info - what a joke, you go to the website and it's the same as before and you can't give comments because that's not an option. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. First photo is what I received, second photo is on the website, the material and heel isn't the same and the boot is cheap cheap cheap. Be aware!

We have shipped products to buyer on time and exactly match with advertisement as a seller. Also we upload to system. Valid tracking id and it proof item has been delivered to buyer.

I ordered an electric Bike from Wish.com I never got it I complained to wish.com that I never received the order the subcontractor selling the bike told wish it was put in my mailbox I told wish it was impossible to put a 50 lb package in my mailbox. The shipping company said package weight was 5.9lbs Wish said bike was delivered. Wish doesn't care as long as they get paid! This is my personal opinion!

Bought a couple of pairs of pants. Some fit ok, some did not. When I tried to return the ones that didn't fit right (well within the allotted return time frame) I had to send them multiple pics of the clothes and they refused to process the return. On top of that there's absolutely no one to talk to. They deserve no starts but I think I had to put one, to rate them. Play it safe, don't order from them.

This is a bad company. It illustrates one item then send another. When attempting to resolve the issue, the vendor points to the Platform (Wish) and the Platform points to the Vendor. Endlessly, until the time limit is passed. I have experienced this problem twice. But never again for I simply will not deal with these bastards. It is purposeful and fraudulent.

Do not buy from this company. Received counterfeit Obagi facial products. Initially received refund for 3 items and then they have put a block on me stating that I am an abuser of their refund policy. Therefore, I cannot contact them for the items I received today - again Obagi counterfeit items. This company needs to be exposed selling dangerous counterfeit items. This website is pure money sucking tool. They have really poort quality products very different from the images in the app and if you try to refund a few things because of the quality or even it is not working at all Wish blocks you because of overuse of refund policy that seems unfair. Accepts orders, charges your account, then one by one items ordered disappear but charges remain. Wish has no contact phone and emails are ignored.use a good charge card so you can get a refund. This company should be banned from doing business. Items are never really available just there for show?

I got a broken item (it was broken in 3 pieces) and when I contact customer service and file a complaint with PayPal and wish customer service gangster asked me to remove the complaint lodged with PayPal so that they will send my money back in 3 business days. That is mistake I made and they never responded later. Every time they took all the information as if it a new complaint and said in 10 days they will resolve the issue. After 90 days, they said they will not entertain any complaints after 90days.
If any attorney firm is interested to file a class action law suit, I am willing to cooperate to the law firm.

I recently bought a coat from Wish. I asked for an XL, what I received was a coat marked XL but would not fit a child. I tried to go to customer service but it would not let me in. It stated that my password was wrong. Funny that my password worked when I ordered the coat. I tried changing the password but it continue to reject my new password. The company states on its site that you have 30 days to return the item. Don't believe it. I've learned my lesson " don't buy from this company". I will donate this coat to St Vinson DePaul and call it a day

I have a very bad experience with Wish.com as far as I found some items have very cheap material I will never buy them again, prices are not fair even for cheap material. Recently I bought a $500 printer from them after the ink finished they could not supply ink to me. And customer service explained we are not responsible to arrange ink!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
