This company is a scam. They get your banking information then drain your bank account. There is no way to get a hold of the company we ended up having to report as as fraud.
Absolutely pathetic. They give you blitz buy specials everyday, but then can't supply the products. Then they want a copy of your bankstatement or they restrict your account and you can't buy anything.The customer support is a joke.
My order never arrived for waiting over a month. They keep extending delivery dates. Customer support replied via email and refunded my order. If you need to order something important and want to be very sure to get in time, this is NOT the site to order from
Wish has provided me with many items over the years and I wish to highlight what I have learned:
1. Long Wait.
Most items are coming from Asia. It will take a month, up to 6 months sometimes, for your item to arrive in Canada/USA.
2. Different Experience Each Time.
Each product is from a different seller, therefore your order experience should reflects on the individual shop and the seller on wish.com, not the website. Some products may be exact, others have different morals.
3. Read Reviews.
There are many wish shoppers who will take the time to let you know exactly what they received when they ordered. Some accompany pictures or even video.
4. Price Varies.
If you find an item you like, save it for later. Do a search for the item again and you may find it cheaper from another seller.
5. It says "Free", but it's not.
The price is put into the shipping. If you really want the item, save it for later and you may have a discount when the price is reset to normal. Example: yesterday an item was Free + $4 shipping. Today it is $2 + $2 shipping. Then I got 10% discount I wouldn't have gotten when it was "free".
Do to the fact that wish.com sells sex toys world wide that makes wish.com the biggest Sex Toy Store ever. If you don't believe that do a search for sex toys'. But be warned you will never get rid of them from the advertisement page.
I bought a cloth at Wish on 27 Jan 2020. I paid the cloth via online banking. RM 75 was deducted from my saving account immediately but my Wish account shows no record. I write to Wish customer service but they didn't answer my question. What should I do now? Should I make a police report?
Cheat you out of product and you still cant get refund.
They spend lots of time making sure they keep your money and don't care if you get product are not.

What a scam site.
Virtually doesn't exist on multiple occasions, I order items and they All come from China then Do not arrive when it says they have arrived online or on the App, customer service does not help and it's almost impossible to track the package. IF I wanted my damn money back I would not of bought product in 1st place Ebay & Amazon are way Better.
I will no longer spend any money with them. They have no customer support number and still wanting on a cash refund. A jive company with cheap merchandise run dont waste your time or money.
I ordered 4x because reviews said sizing issues and the 4x were like medium size in a average sizes. So very disappointed and would never buy or recommend wish... ever.
You see an item for rupees. 200 and you buy it. After a few days Wish gives you the choice to get your money back in credit. After six times, is clear that those rupees200 stuff are a scam

Most products are ok quality but delivered late. Packaging stinks. Finally received a pkg due on 12/29 and then 1/5, not at all what was pictured. Customer service does not respond, Also prices shown are frequently not what you are charged. Will not use them again.

My account was hacked. They sent me a notification that my email address has changed, which I didn't do. I notified them but they've done nothing. "Jennifer" responded to say:
"Thanks for letting us know about this issue. Due to the sensitive nature of this topic, we will have to redirect your concern to the appropriate team at Wish. A representative from the team will be in touch as soon as possible."
That was over 3 weeks ago, and have sent follow-up emails every few days, with no response. That's a joke, that my account security is not taken seriously by Wish.
If you chose to use Wish, don't save your credit card details in your Wish account - don't trust them.

Totally different than photo fabric is almost transparent and color is different and more yellow, plus they asked me to pay additional shipping fees upon receiving although i paid already 20 $ when i ordered, so by contacting the customer service they said that i will not receive all items together and i have to pay different shipping fees every time i receive one of the order items!

It seems soooooo tempting because of the pricing, but most thing come from China or some where and I oreeed several times at Christmas time and 3 of my items I did not receive. So, where are they? Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
