Ordered six hundred bucks worth of product not once but twice. Money was refunded both times. First time wish said my credit was declined second time which said seller was unable to fill order. Almost 2 months waiting for nothing.The readers just pay up and get that product sooner than later

If it's a"flash" sell where you can get items for. 50 or 1.00, don't worry you won't get it, but they will refund. They will say it already sold out. You will never get an item from any of those sales. If you see an item at a regular low price it will be for the smallest size only. Finally you find an average price on an item, don't worry, the shipping cost will be as much as or more than the item itself. Also you will always receive a low quality item. Consumers lose on this site.

Very poor experience. Feels like a scam. I placed an order for two dresses and paid $3 shipping on each to be delivered in a month. The order still shows in transit. When I tried to cancel with their support team they said I cancel an pick up in store item. This wasn't clearly mentioned in their cancellation policies on the app when I ordered. They charged in a shipping fee and now they haven't delivered the item on time and also refuse to cancel the order. Dont have a support number. And their chat support rep keeps copy pasting a canned response. Same response over and again! Is there anyway I can report this website/App?

I ordered two items at the beginning of December last year, I was supposed to get them by December 23 at the latest. When I asked what happened, they told me to wait for another two weeks... and, then, to wait until the end of January. After that, they changed it to the end of February! I was only reimbursed for the "shipping costs" but the rest of the money they're keeping it until God knows when...! I deleted my account, did the huge mistake to trust this site and I warn you: stay away from them!
Wish charged my credit card for $83.31 after I purchased two other orders each for over $100 the day before. The next day Wish charged my account for another $83.31 in error. I noticed that the items in that order were duplicates of previous items in the two orders the day before, I notified them of the problem. They answered back making no sense. I have now gone back and forth with them over six times and each time I have to ask them if they even read my previous emails as they were just repeating their previous "form" letter replies. It is obvious that I am dealing with foreigners as their English is very poor and they don't seem to grasp that they made a mistake. They say that my account was never charged of which it was. I will not be buying any further items from Wish as that the frustrations is just not worth it and I am now consigned to the fact that I will not be getting my $83.13 back. It has now been over two weeks since I made the original order and I have only received one of many items that I actually did order. Save you money and be aware that you are risking too much for making any kind of order with Wish. The shipping costs on the previous orders were almost as much as the cost of the items themselves making Amazon the much better bet.

I have ordered 21 Items they refunded 14 items and they jack up price from 50 cents to up to 50 dollars
Also, one Item that was delivered the shoe was the wrong color, they are really a ripoff and on their website, they do not let us rate them, all fraudulent. Add a photo do not work
I have sent six notes tell him I want to return my order which was not as pictured, my order did not make it to my order history and all five times they keep telling me to go to my order history to return it appears that they do not understand or speak English and just want to get it off their desk instead of standard reply if it doesn't resolve the issue
The shipping come out more then the items an some of these items is not worth the price. When you think you getting it cheap ur not shipping makes up for it. Just order one thing you will see. It less sale it at a price an have free shipping when you by over 50 bucks that's fare.
Wish needs to change in delivery policy to make sure the sellers use only e packet delivery or else they will send it shipped by small pockets and it is going to take longer now i have to wait longer.
wish.com is probably to most DISHONEST company there is out there. This company is basically bunch of very dishonest, corrupt LAIRS bunched together. EVERYTHING about them is FAKE. Their: advertised prices" sent in email are ABSOLUTE JOKE, 100% FAKE! Is there anybody that stupid to believe, for instance, that "original price" for their 3 in 1 wireless charger is $ 1,319? And even if they "give you" 90% off - it is still 8- 10 times MORE EXPENSIVE then pretty much anywhere else. What a criminals, what an INCOMPETENT crooks. Web site is MESS. You can not do search there as search results, for most part, have little to do with what you searched for. Further:"tactics": They lure you advertising "free item" but charge very high shipping, so basically shipping covers the actual cost of item + shipping... Then they advertise "limited quantity deal" at $1 - but of course this is JOKE as you NEVER can get it.

My order originally was supposed to arrive on the 24th then they switched the date to the 31st. I still do not have my package. Now they are stating I can't be refunded until another $#*!ing month! You have got to be $#*!ing kidding me! Wish is a $#*!ing scam! Give me my $#*!ing money you greedysm pigs. You could sure take my money Omar checkout but can't seem to give it back when yal $#*!ed up! Horrible customer service!
Cheap... Yes that's right Cheap prices. NOT inexpensive... Lets take on SHIPPING 1st. Most, if not all goods are coming from China directly, and that is ok... Most of the time, it tells you so in the items's/shipping description. Your failure to read is NO ONE ELSE's FAULT. Many of the complaints here are for people waiting for items for 2 weeks then Freaking Out... Since your order is shipping from China, they are NOT shipping your one little good by itself - expect to wait 6 to 8 weeks and then you will be pleasantly surprised when it gets there in 3 to 4 weeks (sometimes).
The products. Generally lower quality items mostly a good value depending on your use case. For clothing - if you don't expect it to last but use a couple of times you wont be disappointed. Tools/ electronics - If purchase is for a infrequent use/lighter duty case and really nice to have around then you'll probably be content. If purchase is for your trade... Look else where. Don't be an idiot. If you don't THAT's ON YOU!
If you get caught up in the 80% to 90% off and realize you could have the same item for slightly less and much quicker... THATS ON YOU! If you get caught up in the 97% to 99% SOLD as a pressure "buy it now" tactic. THAT'S ON YOU!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
