I placed an order in December and it still hasn't come, the status says it still in China. They'll happily charge your card and then never send you the product.
I have been scammed by them multiple times. I will not be giving them any more chances.

I ordered 2 cell phone cases from the same company post that listed 3 color options. My order was then processed separately. One item was finally processed and will arrive mid April, then the other wasn't set to process until mid to late March. I contacted them several times in regards to this issue and inconvenience and they keep auto generating responses, none of which have answered my question as to why 1 order was being processed separately. You don't go to dinner with your family, place the table order and have each persons food come out ten minutes apart from each other. You make it at the same time, you deliver at the same time. If I placed them as separate orders that would be understandable, but I did 1. Not only that, but they said I couldn't cancel my order because they weren't able to process them at this time, HOWEVER I only have 30 day to do so! So... They are telling me I'm stuck? Waiting 4 months to receive both my items? Already have to wait 2 months from order date to get 1 of my 2 items. I really complain, then I get a new email stating the second item processed and is to arrive the same day as the other. I think they got it resolved finally. But a few hours after that customer service emails and talks about my cancellation still. What is going on over there? They are extremely disorganised.

I paid for three items but got only one. They promised a refund but I was shocked at the amount credited into their own record because they said I must use it to buy things from them. They have no customer service or contact system as their programmed customer service system could not handle a lot of issues

WISH.COM has a non working support line. THIS IS A SCAM. You will get robbed. There is no hit and miss. This is a scam. Of the worst kind. It is set up rob people. There is no customer support. It is a foreign company that can evade US laws and ripped people off.

When I first discoverd the site it was too good to be true, I was right. Some things were very cheap on first order annd they did arrive, weeeeeks later! Then as I kept shopping they were not sending the items I orderded but switching to whatever they wanted to send me and I can't use! Then when I complained that it was wrong they said " you have to pay to ship it back " so in other words, it's my fault they sent the wrong crap and I have to pay for their stupid mistake! Idiots! And it's also impossible to connect with them one on one and they have all pre recorded responses that most times does not apply to what your issue is! I am sending all their emails to Spam from now on and blocking all their incoming CRAP emails! Don't shop there, it's devious selling!

Ordered batteries on 1/24/2020 and they changed the delivery date 2 time and still never received them. Cant reach anyone just automation. It will be 2 months to get my money back through paypal. Never by from them

Price advertised changes on placing an order. It is done so cleverly, the advert tells you a bargain price but on placing an order the price shoots up when choosing the colour. Just be vigilant on buying, that the purchase price is still at your acceptable range
I decided to give wish a try so I ordered four items. Three of them where never delivered. Contacted customer service they said to contact the shipping company because their records show they where delivered. I checked my Ring on the delivery date. No deliveries.

Both times I placed an order and paid for it via credit card (payment cleared right away on my end), it was refunded because "your last transaction may have triggered an alert for possible unauthorized use." I got this terrifically unhelpful canned message twice, the second time--in response to my request to explain what exactly went wrong. Deactivating my account because this company is plain useless.
Most of my orders have been pretty legit, the only complaint is how darned expensive the shipping fee is, and maybe I've been spoiled by amazon prime but why should it take 2 months for me to get a pair of earbuds? SCAM! Guys, DO NOT buy from this company. They manipulate orders, the price displayed and the price in the cart are different for the exact same item. Also, many of the orders are not delivered and lastly, when you ask for a refund, they will come up with excuses that you are not eligible. I've just lost around $400 to this trash company. Ordered a month ago. Three small things shipping was way off the charts, more expensive than items themselves. All being shipped separately. According to their own site, the items are still sitting in China. Tried to cancel order, told it was already paid for and being processed to ship. Lies, still in China. Site says they'll be here by March 22 and later. What a crock! Going to delete the app after this and close out my credit card I used to be safe. I'll stick to Amazon.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
