I ordered a bunch of stuff off of wish in the summer of 2018 and I didn't receive any of it until about a year after I ordered it they are not reliable when it comes to shipping on time to make sure items are delivered on time Their customer service is really poor and bad they will not issue a refund on an item that you ordered by mistake its nonsense and a rip off and they keep your money when you ask for a refund on something you ordered by mistake and this past Thanksgiving I ordered something that my mother is into for her for Christmas and I never received it even tho it was only 8 dollars well 14 by the time I paid shipping it never came and its been going on 2 months never again will I shop on any wish app the app I bought all my stuff from was geek another wish Shopping platform never again never again ever

Scam, avoid buying from them

I bought several pet clothing for about $50 in 2020. It took over 4-5 months for merchandise to start trickling in. I only received four out of seven articles (sizes were too small). When I contacted Customer Support about remaining items, they said shipment was delayed due to Covid. I checked later and they said Customer Support ended after 6 months and I need to contact store owner individually to check status. Never heard back from seller(s) and lost $30 worth of purchased goods. I started to get fraudulent mail delivered (hacked account?). I will not buy from them again.

Worst website I have ever used!

Ordered a product, didnt arrive, messaged them - said wait 30 days after delivery. Messaged them after 30 days- said 30 days are passed by therefore not eligible for refund. Cant talk to an actual person. It is all robots. Dont use it! Certainly I wont use them anymore!

Wish is not worth it

A lot of hassle to discuss issues with customer support. Even when you do what you are supposed to, Wish still has the right to decline your request and make you do more work. The entire website is not very friendly to navigate, it is always more interested in making more sales than it is with getting what you need to done. I was not happy with getting a refund for four wrist survival bracelets I had bought from a seller. BTW, wish is mainly shipping from China although it does have USA offices, however, it is sad because Wish is protecting it's China sellers and not the U.S.A. Customers. So if you are American, I would really tell you not to use Wish.com. Use anything else but it. I want nothing more to do with Wish.com and would like to slay the dragon across its neck. My most recent blunder was for a telescope that was paid in full. The scope sat at the USPS for almost 4 weeks without any mention to me that it had arrived or was ready. It was waiting on a stupid Chinese seller to create a shipping label. He never did it and can legitimately scam my money from me because the item has a 30 day warranty so i have to hop on my $#*! immediately to get this covered. As of today, I have to wait 10 business days for a refund which is a lot of money that I am waiting for. DO NOT USE WISH.COM.

Such a horrible experience

1 star for Wish! Such a horrible experience to shopping with them. I will never buy anything from them again. I ordered 7 items, 5 items has arrived and the rest of it is still on the way ( I still didn't know when it'll be arrived yet) I got their email to pick up on Jan 1st then Jan 3rd I got an email they refunded 5 items minus 20% restocking fee with the reason I missed my package over 15 days, what the heckkkkk… it's not true. I went to the store ( their partner store)to pick up, they told me that they just quit/ stopped working with Wish so they had to return all packages to Wish ( included mine) before the deadline so it's not my fault at all. I emailed them 3 times and told them what's happened but they responded so slow and still didn't want to refund full amount for me. It's not fair because it's not my fault. Everyone need to be careful with this app.

I ordered several pieces from this website because they say they will gladly return/refund good that do not work or not as expected. I literally tried for months sending the the ship#, pics of all clothes and spreadsheet with all style ref#'s. I would get a different person as answering my emails so basically I went through the entire process how I returned the goods and still no refund. It was very clear they had no intent on following up on this issues. After several tries and going through some story every time new customer responded, I gave up. The fact I had to resend all the info from being of story every time was ridiculous. It was like no o e made not on all the other 20 times I followed up with. I never received the refund md no one from Wish every contacted and I requested to speak to someone that could override the issue and refund my money so they could save a little face. I still want and need my refund, but I realize they don't care. I would love better business to go after them for falsifying the return policy. At the of months of try g, they said return would be after 30 days since it had not been processed in return window which was completely their fault. I would never order from here again!
I started the return process beginning February and was contacting them through August with zero help. I would ask and go through everything and them they would put "RESOLVED" as status so would the process new e every time.

Never Again!

I placed an order for Christmas crafts back in August 2021 and I have yet to receive them or to receive a status update on them. I called myself emailing Wish, HA!, that was a waste of time as no one responded. Never again will I order from this site! If there were a negative one star, I would have given this website that rating.

Fair quality for cheap prices

Scammed

Wish shopping is not all it's cracked up to be the items are cheaply made knock offs from China and they scammed me out of 905.00 for a PlayStation 5 game all I received was a FedEx envelope with a packing slip in it and they refuse to give me back my money the store name on wish is Twin Cell of of Brooklyn New York don't order these electronics from them cause all they have is just a picture of the item its a fake store and if you want more information about wish feel free to call or text Debb *******338 This is the PlayStation 5 that you will get from wish and twin cell

I made the mistake of thinking this would be an ok merchant and have regretted it deeply. I bought a few things, returned most of them, and even though they were sent in the same box and they acknolwledged and refunded one item, they just never refunded the other as though I never sent it. Seems like a relatively easy issue to fix for a normal, functional company, but it became the most insanely frustrating confusing crazy-making customer service experience of my life. There is no means by which you can convey "you lost my item." None! They literally do not have a chat or phone customer service, just the automated system, which is super limited and keeps saying the same things, all off which basically mean "F you." I eventually gave up and let them keep my money, which I'm pretty sure is the point.

Wish has unfortunately went through some changes in the past few years.

I personally will not be shopping with them in the future. From poor customer service, over priced items, horrid shipping cost, and bad business practices.

I have been a wish customer for many, many years, even before the site become majorly popular and became known. With that said understand the Wish you see today isn't the one I knew.

You can find MOST of the items your looking for on Wish on other platforms for either far cheaper or higher quality.

I have personally bought MANY items from Wish and the last few times I have been ripped off from the items being insanely late, being the wrong item, to not even showing up. Wish also makes promises it doesn't keep with their own policies.

Sometimes they SAY they will issue you a refund however sometimes it doesn't show up in your bank at all.

Buyer be warned.

So quick tips. Wish is cheap because of long shipping.

Refunds will show up as refunded but can take up to 5 to 7 business days.

China and Japan sizes are different. Order one to two sizes up. This isn't the businesses fault.

Read the description and look up reviews on your items on google.

Shop verified if you're doubtful by looking for the blue check mark.

Wish is a fair good site Wish isn't the distributor they are the Hub. They refund and these bad reviews are from people who aren't very intelligent.
I have ordered over 50 items and only had an issue with one and got my refund and they still sent the item I got it for free.

I have submitted to them pictures and description of their very bad products and still asking me more questions over 16 messages I sent to them following up with my refund and never refund me over $150
The most company Betray people. They refund product of Irs 3$ or 5 but above 10 they deceive customer to buy more and program their site to get you buy without consent as buy scale move suddenly charging credit card without consent they took 71.80$ for fake phone doesn't even turn on as they puts false picture of the phone and specification. They disable my massages so I can't asking them for refund and does t allow me to submit photos about their false products. Their shipping GB and handling priced very high. They put picture like iPhone 12 while it's falafel photo. Never ever buy from this very BAD Company
Also send me dress completely wrong size and very poor quality has no name, 99% of their product very bad and priced double you can find it in dollarama

Poor customer service

I ordered a light from wish I paid around $28 for it for express shipping and light it was a 1000w LED light I paid express shipping it still took 3 weeks then when I received it you sent the wrong light they sent a cheap 60 watt light probably cost $4 I contact consumer service they said they send me a shipping label they would refund my money they did but I have to pay a $11 shipping to send it back why do I have to pay shipping for wishes MISTAKE I have already been out $28 and why can't they just send me the light I ordered me and all my friends and family have ordered from wish for years this is the only time this has happened wanting me to pay for wishes mistake why want they just send me the light I paid for don't make since that's poor service why should I have to pay $11 shipping to get my money back because of there mistake I like to keep ordering for wish but I will not if I'm treated like this The pictures I added the first light is what I received the second lights what I ordered and paid for plus the express shipping that wasn't express all I want is want I paid for not to have to pay extra $11

I was looking forward to get my order, when I received it, the size was incorrect, I asked to return my order and get the correct size, no co operation from Wish customer support, I had to pay the return shipping cost out of my pocket, not happy with their policy

Don't buy anything from this site

So it seems everything you buy on here. Jewelry, cloth, makeup and stuff.
Jewelry is not sterling silver even know it says it is. Cloths never are true to size. The only thing I got that was ok was a stuffed animal everything is just crap. So don't waste your money it is not worth it

HUGE SCAM

I shopped on Wish a year ago and ordered two items, which both were over $20. I waited for the items for months, constantly contacting customer support and getting no luck. I never got my items. Here I am a year later, still never got my items and don't expect I ever will. You get no refunds. The company is a huge huge scam. I highly recommend staying away from it unless you want to take the risk of ordering something and not getting a refund if it turns out broken, too small, too big, etc. I've accepted my items will never come and never got any luck in trying to receive them. This company needs to be shut down ASAP!

Don't trust home delivery on wish items!

As long as I order to a p. O. box, there is adequate proof of non-delivery. However, if you order to your home and you don't receive your package despite it being "confirmed delivered", you're SOL. Wish could care less. It matters not how much of your money that you've spent nor how loyal a customer. THEY WILL SAY, SCREW YOU! So, I'm done with them. You've been warned.
