Having purchased a Laptop 16/12/19, I contacted Customer Support on 14/1/20 to report my dissatisfaction with the product ( No GBP symbol, the@ symbol in wrong keyboard position, and 'lazy' response to touch-pad). I was advised to return the product, using the Return Labels supplied. I re-packaged securely, using the same packaging that the product arrived in, and handed in to UPS collection point on 16/1/20. The package was tracked as far as Germany, and then disappeared. I am still waiting for the Refund. UPS tell me that it is Wish that must raise the Claim. I have repeatedly passed on this information to Wish, but I am being ignored. The result is, Wish have had my money, UPS have received the package for return shipment, and i, HAVE NOTHING. Until Wish honour their Refund promise to me, I will never place another Order with them, and will warn others in any way I can... Facebook etc, not to risk any dealings with such a dis-honourable Company
They're crooks. Was suppose to get my item by May 22. The tracking number showed it china, then finally in the US and now back in china. They wouldn't let me cancel my order or refund my money. They keep pushing the delivery date further and further away. If I ever get it, it probably won't work. Terrible company

If I could give negative stars, I would give a million negative stars. I didn't receive most of my products and the one, single order I received did not fit and did not match the sizing chart and the seller will not honor the product and just keeps offering 10% refund! Seriously, 10%?! Seller is refusing to give me the address to return the item and refusing to give me a full refund. TOTAL RIP OFF! This company is a scam, you have to place orders individually so you end up paying shipping on each item you order. I made 4 orders non of them came in then when you try to contact them all you get is automated messages. I only received a credit for the shipping cost. The delivery dates are set to almost a month out putting the item beyond refund policy. This is a total scam!

I will not be ordering nor looking at anything else on Wish site anymore. It has been going on 3 months and I haven't heard a word from you nor received a tracking number. They keep putting off the delivery dates, and well 2 months is too long to wait. One refund, they wanted a copy of my photo id... wasn't going to happen.
Just beware, the only communication is with a pre-programmed bot, so if you have any issue, which is a probability, and your issue is just left with nothing done

Wish.com provides terrible service. I ordered a simple skirt on 5/5/20 and was informed at the time the order was placed that I would arrive by 5/9/20. It hasn't come yet, though it supposedly shipped. I have checked the delivery status and it always pushed the delivery date back another week or more. When I checked again today 6/11/10, the new delivery date was pushed back again to 6/23/20. There is not a live person so speak with to resolve the problem. The customer support phone number tells you they don't take phone calls, the automated customer service assistant just reiterates the new shipping date and is totally non-interactive or intelligent and emails to customer service go unanswered. A total rip off! There is no way to recoup your payment or effectively cancel the order once it "ships". I will have to go through my credit card company and dispute the problem. Don't use this vendor!

When I ordered my stuff from wish.com it said I would have my product by June 16 now it's saying July second. People if your in a hurry for your products do not order from wish. Hopefully wish isn't a scam. If I knew it was going to take a month to get my product I would not have gone through wish.com. Tried to save 5.00 dollars going with wish. Not worth the wait. And yes they are coming from freaking China where this corona virus started from. Never again ordering through wish.com again.

I was completely excited about ordering a pair of shoes that I've wanted since I was a child. Of course they weren't the real pair but definitely a great knockoff version. I was given a delivery date which was almost a month. So I was counting down the days to which I was to receive my shoes when I got sent a new delivery date, 2 days after it was suppose to be delivered. So I contacted wish and they reassured me that the package coming. I waited 2 more weeks and the same thing happened except this time they changed the delivery date the same day it was suppose to be delivered. I contacted wish again asking for a refund and was given a bull$#*! excuse that it was in its delivery allotted time so I was forced to wait again. So this happened 2 more times pushing my order out to 60 days now and counting with no shoes and no promise of when I will receive my order. I am completely disappointed with everything this company stands for. Just refund people instead of making excuses. I will not order from here again unless they fix my problem.!

I'm only giving one star because I have to, in order to write a review. I placed several orders totaling around $50.00 over two months ago. I ordered dog clothing and still have not received it. The date keeps changing and the package is still in China. I have sent 4 emails through customer support and have never gotten a return response. They claim they will contact you within three days LIARS! Cannot get a phone number for them either. They do this in order to avoid giving refunds. Horrible customer service experience I have ever had. I will absolutely NEVER order from them again. Two week delivery hmmm not on mine. If you need anything for a special occasion do not order through wish!

I ordered two rugs one cane the wrong colour and the other was missing... but... I cannot daily because they asked for pictures and refunded me in full. So at the end of the day I didn't get what I paid for but I got my money back and a free white hugeee rug. So 5*s it is from us. Thankyou for solving the issue promptly and efficiently.

I was warned not to use this service, Stay well clear. I received less then standard service. They refuse to refund me on a out of stock item and yet still advertise the same item. I have been trying to contact customer service for the last week now and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone. I always have to chat with a fake agent that is not answering my question as I am trying to get a refund from an order I purchased over a month ago. I finally have received the order a month later but it does not fit so now I want to return the order as I am being charged a $23 shipping fee which is ridiculous as I paid $8 for the shipping fee and $20 for the item I purchased. So now I am trying to contact customer service in regards to the shipping cost and I am unable to contact anyone but left with a service agent that is not giving me the answers that I need and it is very difficult to speak with someone about the order that I purchased. I received a statement from chat services stating that I will receive a response within 2-3 days from now which is to long to wait for a response there should be someone that can answer my question right away Instead of having to wait days. I have problems with receiving my orders, shipping takes too long or the item never arrives. So as for now I will be deactivating my wish account and never purchasing from wish again. Hopefully they will get better Services soon.

I ordered some clothing items on April 20,2020. I didn't realize they were all being shipped from China, which apparently has a broken shipping system. It is June 10,2020, still no items, still promises of arrival dates (different for each item) from three days ago, to two days from now, while the product is allegedly still in China. I used their "customer service" on their website, ended up with them saying they were giving me a partial refund, on three of seven items, without my asking for a refund. Hush money Here? I found some interesting info on the BBB. Here is part of Wish.com's refund policy:
"Once a consumer has reached a 40% refund rate we do block them from requesting a refund for all future orders until their refund rate has dropped to below 40%. They are notified of this and we do not hide the fact that they cannot request a refund due to excessive high refund rate currently. We have just reviewed the current flow and we now are more proactive and notify the customer when they hit 20%, 30% and 40% refund rate so they fully understand how close they are to reaching the threshold. Also part of the new process is that once a consumer reaches this threshold they can request an appeals review in app from their account answer 5 questions and we will review their appeal and in many cases we have rescinded the refund block on their accounts. This is a brand new process we have rolled out so we are constantly looking at ways to improve the customer experience."

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
