I ordered from this site about 6 months ago. I got an email saying that they were crediting my card because my item was not available. I was ok with that so I ordered again. 2 orders. My credit card was charged and I have not received my items. It has been about 3 months now. I haven't got any explanation from them. I have sent 2 emails. No response. I don't think this is a real legitimate site. Beware

As far as I can make out all the products are in china, they hint that delivery will be a week, but seeing that the purchase is in china that is impossible to achieve, unless it is couriered over on a good service,

The coupons don't work. Also the coupons expire within 20 min. Than you build up points for a coupon and click on the coupon but than to back to buy more stuff and the coupon disappears and you cannot get it back. The referral link is false and fake it doesn't work, I sent referral codes to friends to sign up and it's fake, doesn't give back anything they promise. All their ads are fake. Customer service replies with the same sentences and it's automated machine. No customer service. All my orders took 3 months for arrival. Plus shipping expenses. All false advertisement. Do not trust this site.

I ordered a face mask on May 19 2020, at first they say delivery in 15 days, then they move it to June 11, and now it is supposedly to be delivered on June 30 th. Maybe I will be able to fend off the next pandemic in Fall 2020,, if they deliver at all. If you really NEED something, anything don't order it from them, because by the time they deliver it you won't need it anymore.

Scam, I ordered a 5 pack of 2oz purell hand sanitizer I paid 17 dollars including shipping. After waiting a month for the package, it finally arrived there was one 2oz bottle not 5. That comes to 8 dollars and 50 cents an ounce. It was shipped from China, BEWARE OF WISH.COM.

I placed an order on April 24th, 2020. I still have not received any of my items. (It's been 6 weeks!) Tracking on the app is completely useless. I was supposed to receive my items within 10 days but each time I check, the delivery date is continuously pushed back another two weeks. The Wish Assistant on the app is completely useless. I have tried getting in touch with a representative but I have only had one reply. So much for the summer clothes I ordered. If I do receive any of my items, it may be winter already. So frustrating!

It is ridiculous to believe anywhere in the modern world it takes more than 30 days for something. The tracking ìs a joke and your order might not even be shipped for w/o days. And then is it doesn't show hoop by the delivery window you have to wait another 30 days to find out what they do. The tracking is fabricated and is not based on any real shipping data. Wish is a game of chance which the house always wins. The only purpose in running their business this way is to take your money for their use and then may or may not send you anything in return. They get to use your money while you sit empty handed.

Total rip off. Promise deliveries and miss by miles. Placed 3 separate orders for multiple item in April and still waiting for deliveries. The website keeps pushing out the delievery dates and one order has completley disappeared from my order page. When i contact them I get a poorly answred email that says they are still within the window of time. Well... yeah... if you keep changing the dates. Don't walk... RUN away.

Multiple orders placed months ago and their support is non existent. It says if the order doesn't arrive by delivery date, to contact them but there is no way to actually contact them and they just repeatedly push the delivery date farther away. Don't waste your time or money. Shop eBay or Amazon. At least they have real support and take care of their customers.

Stay away from these bozos. They charge the credit card immediately, yet product still not delivered after 2½ months. Very poor customer support: only stock boilerplate replies. No humans involved.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
