I have two major complaints about wish.
1. It never delivers items on time. NEVER! It does not get delayed by few days... but it delays the item delivery by months. And it happened with me that I never got certain items I order. This is so frustrating.
2. If you happen to order items on promotional price then few days later that order will definitely get cancelled for the same pathetic reason like "Unfortunately, the purchase was not processed on time, and therefore you cannot receive this product at such a price. We returned your payment. A refund will appear in your account after a few days." This will always happen with you even if you got the chance to place an order on-time. This happened with me multiple times now. So I kind of learnt their non professional strategy.
Sorry for my language but I am so frustrated at WISH right now. I will never ever going to waste my money on the pathetic website like WISH.

If they can't realistically estimate delivery dates, and state that your order has been delivered when it hasn't, have no way to contact them except by a sham of a internet contact and will not respond to a request for a refund for an item not received, then they should be shut down for business in the US. This has been an awful experience for my sons' first purchase online for items to start a new hobby. Basically, Wish has robbed my sons' of their hard earned money. Be a part of the solution and don't buy anything from them, so they are forced to go out of business. Their products are all poor-quality, cheap junk anyway, save yourselves the grief and shop elsewhere or gamble with losing your money and receiving nothing but a message saying your order has been delivered. Disappointment and regret that's what to expect from Wish.

I belive wish is a platform that launders money, you order items on their platform but they don't really have any commitment to deliver, 6 months later they want to refund your payment, there is also no way to correspond with a person

I ordered 3 items on 18th of April and now we are in mid June and I still did not receive anything! Please be aware you can not refund as they play hide and seek with you so every time when i check the app they change the delivery schedule so I can not ask for refund and when i contact to support team they pass me to different section!

These people first mention before placing orders that they are delivering in your city. Then they will charge you delivery fee as much as the product itself. When the delivery date comes they will just change the delivery date without any notice and cherry on the top there is no way of contacting them. They are just a scam. Not ordering anything from now on and i suggest please don't waste your money.

I ordered a bike helmet on 3 May 2020. The tracking feature gives a date that keeps being extended so that it is always well into the future. Won't accept requests for refunds by email. Gave method of requesting refund that didn't work. There is in effect no means of asking for a refund.

On May 22,2020, I ordered $40 worth of face masks. My credit card was immediately charged and I could see the order in my trans at history. I was told an approximate delivery date several weeks hence. After several weeks, I contacted wish.com and they keep saying the same thing: perhaps I had multiple accounts or email addresses. I have NO confirmation number and my transaction history is blank. I am getting no place with customer service emails. Sometimes they "respond" with a blank email. This is very frustrating. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them that I am trying to get satisfaction. I am running out of patience, however. I needed the masks for a business trip which is now over. I am so disappointed. My bottom line advice is to keep your money out of the hands of wish.com.

It appears that possibly robots are used by wish.com to answer valid customer questions. Said questions entered via email to wish.com and asked of a "customer service " (person?") at wish.com. The questions are genuine.
BUT the answers are irrelevant.
While the question gets a prompt response - the "answer" has NO connection to the question asked.; it is frustrating as so often the "robot?" customer service representative at Wish chooses to deliberately mis-interpret the question.
So basically a question goes unanswered, yes, sure you get an online response but the response is in 99% of the time a "nothing"
Although Chinese sellers dominated originally there are now 2 sellers in Ukraine who utterly dominate the listings, - I found they would take an order and then cancel it 24 hours later. Perhaps they over-sell and then realize they do not have the product. It has happened 6 times with the Ukraine sellers.
I found the Chinese sellers more reliable than the Ukraine sellers

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
