Hers is an example of what you pay for and what you get. They will send your order to the cheapest bakery in your area. Don't risk your life due to food poisoning. The fruits they used were rotten and the cream tastes sour.

Soft and the toppings were well placed, delivery people are also taking good care and the packing is also well articulated, I'm totally satisfied with the service they provided, It was super tasty. Really good quality

I ordered white lilies worth 3,000 rupees as condolence for death. Winni told me they would send pink roses and a cake instead. When I said no, I need white flowers and no cake (to mark a death) they said they would send gerberas. When I asked how many, I got no response. Their ph no was always busy. Online chat had no response. Email no response. Text no response. Instead they sent a sorry looking small bouquet of white gerberas and pink flowers. Not what I paid for. Not the way we wanted to mark our friend's loss in their time of grief. Poor customer service. Will not be using them again.

I will not recommend it to anyone.

It was a third class cheap quality cake delivered for 1099 rupees.
They should be booked on fraud and cheating charges.

Irresponsible management and customer care

've been calling the customer care and trying to chat in the website from 4 PM and after such a struggle, I came to know from the customer care representative that MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION
(for doubts/suspicion, please try to check my conversation with your representative, that would be recorded in your database). This happened around 7:15. I requested that representative to cancel the order and send me a confirmation, which he accepted.

Then, after quite some time, I received a Call from a guy saying that the cake is on its way and it will be delivered around 8 PM. I replied that I've cancelled since the expected time of delivery was 6 PM(which was the slot I booked in your website!).

I called customer care again to ask about the status and I was shocked to hear that, the order has been returned since I REFUSED TO ACCEPT!

More shocking is that I received an email and text msg stating that the order has been delivered to me!

No response/refund/cake yet!

They are just a fraud, and never deliver your item they just take money and never come back.
I request google to delete there websites because of them poor people will have to suffer in future. They don't even deserve a single star. Pathetic! Fraud people! I will give 0 to them

If u cant fulfill orders. Y ur taking delivery. U guys have pathetic customer service numbers.

I ordered cake for today(may 9), my order id is **************, they charged 400 rs delivery charge to deliver to HASSAN, karnataka.

We prepared everything for celebration and we are waiting for the cake, we waited whole day. They didn't deliver the cake. All members of family disappointed.

No response by costumer care, auto chat support is worst. Still the status of my order is processing.

I request you all, please don't order in this site.

If there was minus marking For the star I would have given that. I placed an order on 2nd may 2021 for a midnight delivery on 4th may 2021. While placing the order I checked with the team for the midnight delivery and they never said that due to covid they are not doing and also charged me for the midnight delivery. But to my surprise The order was delivered at 2:30 pm On 4th may 2021, without informing me. Also the cake that was sent was fat very different from what was shown on the website. They completely ruined my surprise and occasion. Worst service will never recommend to any one. The order id was **************.
