I've ordered from them twice. I had to pay online in advance both times. They don't take cash on delivery, since they won't be able to scam you if they do.
First time they delivered the flowers very late, after I harangued them on the live chat.
Second time, I ordered blue orchids from their site, only to be told after 2 HOURS of placing the order that orchids aren't in stock. Why list them as available on your website, then?!
I was on thr live chat for more than an HOUR to get them to send me a replacement. After about an hour or more, they finally agreed.
They lied to me that the replacement flowers will.be delivered today by 9 pm.

Its past 10 pm now, no flowers anywhere in sight, no call from them, no attempt at delivery, nothing.
I've sent them an email, sent them an SMS at their customer care sms number, been trying in vain to get someone on the live chat. Nothing. Nada.
Even when I had someon on live chat, they were non-responsive. And now, no one on live chat at all.
They've taken 600 rupees from me, refused to give me the flowers that I ordered, and aren't going to deliver the flowers they told.me they would send me as a replacement either. They don't give you a refund at all, so I can't even get my money back.

I will never order a single thing from these online scammers. I'd rather trust a Nigerian prince with my bank details than trust winni to deliver flowers they've taken money for!
From now on, I'm just going to order from florists who sell on Amazon Instead.

They are fraud. They will take money from you and will not deliver anything and say that the delivery agent called but you didn't pick. $#*! when address is provided still they make excuses. Ruine your celebration. They are worst for making memories. Don't go for them. I paid 6days before hand. They first told me my phone was not picked. Then told me it was switched off and at last they said then it was not reachable. And they neither refund nor respond to you.
Next day they ask for money again and still not deliver nor refund your amount.
Guys please don't pay them they are fraud and they will not deliver anything. I feel india is full of frauds. Neither their phone number is working.

I'm elated that I found one of the best apps to find a gift 4 my dearones. The cake looked incredible and perfect out and out, even wid packaging &delivery. Extra care were given to keep it uncollapsed while being transported.The presentation was great.The batter was perfectly leavened & cake, perfectly baked.The rich&moist core made it ambrosial, delectable & awesome. I loved it & so do my frnz. I was pleased by the customer service as well. I really appreciate all the effort u've put into it.

I ordered a flower bouquet which never delivered on the day promised and the customer service didn't bother to respond to the concern. Never ever use them. Atleast I will never will

Horrible service. They will never deliver what u order for and the way the deliver it is even worse. Quality………. Never expect that from winni………and there customer service is way too horrible and they are never friendly. I ordered for laughing Buddha and a bonsai tree as a gift for my friends house warming. Instead they delivered some chinese doll and the bonsai tree was lifeless and leaf less. When i asked them they say that the chinese doll is same as laughing Buddha. Thye are nothing than online robbers…………. Plzzzzzzzzz don not waste your money……. There are lot of other providers who value their customers. STAY AWAY FROM WINNI………. Horrible service.

The beautiful picture of cake will make you the order in no time, but the one which they are going to deliver is something else…. THATS THE REAL SURPRISE! Which you and your loved one will get equally surprised just like me

Not trustworthy. Pathetic customer service levels. The word Apology is not in their dictionary.
Late delivery and to cover it tell lies. Order for a cake with egg but deliver Eggless cake. They are not bothered about the customer... shameless and insensitive are too less adjectives to describe their service levels. Will not recommend them to anyone. Made a big mistake ordering from them.

Im a regular customer of winni. But im never going to order again or never refer to any one. I ordered a cake for my hubby bday with the delivry time 7 to 9 am. I paid extra delivery charges for this to deliver at particular time. But they deliver at 10.30am, due to this my hubby got delayed to office. My previous order midnight delivery also they deliver at wrong time. Cake desing and letter formate also worst. Worst service.

They charge for premium quality range cakes and deliver the cheap one's. I paid 1400rs for 1/2kg cake, what they delivered is of cheap quality and is damaged and delivered very late. I hate it. God knows what kind of design was on that on cake.

They provide a contact number for any queries while confirming the order and it never worked and their live chat is one of the waste option it couldn't fetch the details of my order status.

Ordered the cake 3 days ahead to be delivered on a specific day and winni has failed to delivered it. Sent fake email and sms confirmations notifying the cake was delivered to both the sender and receiver.

Have contacted the customer service team to query and support person was very arrogant and said the cake will be delivered the next day and won't be cancelling the order or refund the money. Please stay away from this people and company

Customer support provided by Simran was awesome. She assisted me in chat message to redeliver my order without any charges. Great customer service.

I ordered plants and Budha miniatures worth of 3200rs. They gave the worst plants, soil and pots I have every seen. The pictures on website are so deceiving. They missed out packing the budhas along. The soil is so poor, the plants are week and going to die. The soil does not hold the water for the plants. I told them about this and they say that the plants are fine and they will grow. I have a hundred plants in my house and I am telling you these plants wont live in this soil or pots. Paying 3200rs is a ripoff. Be careful with these guys. Its not worth the money.

No guarantee that your order will be with you on your special day, cheap products, don't ever use this company.
Cant ever speak to manager, I ordered wallet which looked very cheap quality and different from photo shown on website.
In my order there were three items in one pack for my husband on his birthday to surprise him and these stupid people started to deliver items one by one and ruined my whole surprise and made me look dumb.

I ordered a cake, greeting card and flowers for my sisters birthday, arrived perfectly and in time. Cake is very sweet and amazing greeting card.

Customer support agent Simran was quite kind and understood my situation, I got different design of butterscoth cake and she provided her commendable support for replacement within 2hours along with checking a slice of the ordered cake!
