If you want to order a cake for an occasion from Winny's, then be prepared to cut it the next day or later because it will never be delivered on the day of the occasion! I ordered a cake for my anniversary - and it got delivered in the evening next day. When i asked for a refund - they said their terms and conditions mentions delivery in 52 hours! While their website took my order for the same day. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES the harassment and boycott this PATHETIC Company which has an even more pathetic so-called customer support staff that did not pick up the phone the whole day. They say (on email) they will compensate for the frustration but it was more frustrating to talk to their customer care representative AKANSHA (after 2 days when they finally picked up) who just kept repeating pre rehearsed lines.

It's fake site and customer care to get amount from your… after long long struggle you will receive a item which will be going to garbage

I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Winni, they are not worth for 1star, if I had a option to give below 1 star I would have done that.
I ordered valentine's gift to my wife and paid extra to amount to deliver 14/02 with delivery slot 10am to 2pm, they didn't deliver on time, I tried to send email, what's app, tried to contact helpline, there is no response from any of these
And the delivery person comes next day 15/02 11am and when my wife asked him to cancel the order they told they can't do it and they can't refund the amount also
It's like once you take the money, you are not bothered..

1. Winni.com ruined my whole valentine's week.
2. They don't deliver the products as per the expected delivery date on their website.
3. Moreover, one of my order containing 2 products was not delivered but it has been marked delivered at Winni.com website.
4. They don't pick up calls.
5. MISBEHAVED WITH THE RECIPIENT WHILE DELIVERING THE PRODUCT.

Winni was not able to deliver the order ontime or on that date. They cannot refund because they do not have an option to cancel the order. Why do I need an order for future date with this kind of service. The contact person said they have a no cancellation policy but it was not in terms and conditions.

Poor Poor customer service and extremely disappointed in way they approached me after they failed the promise. I never wrote a bad review for any website or any business and this is the first because I'm that frustrated.

I have ordered today for morning and still not delivered i am waiting from morning still no updates. Not able to connect those guys.

Ordered a simple bouquet for delivery from 2- 4 pm slot, but it's 8:25 pm still wasn't delivered worst site in case of delivery and delivering policy. If you want to ruin your day go ahead with this site.

Please don't buy ever any product from winni, i booked rose brunch by 12:30 on for someone and slot is showing 2 to 6 PM on 07 Feb, and I ordered but these portal cheet with customer and playing game with emotions and love, order not delivered by 8 om to 9 Pm, and due to this my Rose day convert in worst day. Pathetic service and pathetic experience... Kindly close your shop and shutter... I'll go with social media for my concern.

I ordered a gift set from this site! It includes chocolate and flowers. Everything is beautifully decorated, the flowers are fresh and long standing! In a word, I managed to please my mother!

I has orderd, 1.5 kg cake but received 0.5 kg cake. Complainin to them did not yeild results. Such a customer service is regretable. Suggest all friends and feo to be careful in dealing with this concern

One month ago I had a birthday. It wasn't just a birthday it was a real anniversary. So I have decided to make it unforgettable. I invited plenty of my friends, my family and I ordered a big table in the most prestigious restaurant in my town. I understood that there is no good anniversaries without good cake. I started to search in the internet for companies which can help me to create a cake by my order. I found this one and explained them in details what I wanted. The cake was awesome and very delicious. I regret that I have eaten it, because it was so beatiful. Im' really thankful to this company.

Do not order anything from here. Look at what they had sent and what I actually ordered. On asking for refund never got the response from Punam Mehra (customer rep). They are running a scam.

Winni is worst site that I have never seen, unprofessional customer care that telling lie hole day and end of day they say "Sir commit to nhi kiya tha bas phone pe aise hi bola tha aapka order deliver ho jeyga" waooooo what a professionalism.
