Cake not delivered, msged as it is delivered, now asking about rating, new year given more discounted, how ur serving, without calling to customer about address, not delivered

Phone lines busy... Try to improve the connectivity...
And if possible get down the delivery charges..

Inspire of paying so much for the delivery the cake was not delivered in time. This spoiled entire momentum. I never had such a bad experience with any of the service providers till date. Worest experience in my life. You should pay me back the entire amount I paid for the cake and delivery

Bad, presentation of cake was very bad. There were no knife to cut the cake and there were no candles

I have asked for paper plate and tissue and they agreed to give but only cake was delivered and writing could have been better. Taste was good.
