Disappointing experience, I ordered a cake worth of 1000 and received a pathetic cake instead.
At the same day my other friend ordered a cake from the same site, for the same person worth 800 and both of the cakes looked the same when they were delivered.

No specific instructions were followed like writing the name of my friend on the cake.
Even after long calls with their management staff they did nothing. Firstly we were told to consume the given cake and they promised another cake apart from that, with an apology letter and some chocolates.( Was clearly written in form of a mail)
One day passed and no cake was delivered as they blamed that the cake shops of the city has been closed, so they'll deliver next day.
Next day - my friend received was just 5 dairy milk that too of Rs. 10 without any apology letter.
After having a discussion on the same they said, cake was never meant to be given, as it was a miscommunication!

Which clearly didn't compensate my Rs1000, after a long discussion about the same to their staff, I was promised with 150 cashback within 10-15 days. And guess what, I haven't received it either!
By the way! Her birthday was on 5th April and it's 25 already!

Beware of this site please! Don't invest your money in such a pathetic site!.

Winni Flowers is a completely unreliable supplier.
I don't live in India, but I placed an order with Winni to deliver flowers to my wife at her office location in Chennai - India, since she was going through a tough time and I wanted to surprise her and bring a smile to her face. Well, problem #1 Winni was providing only 1 deliver time option which was from anytime between 9am to 10pm. Not I'm not sure who in the world would be working such office hours. So that in itself is a business model set to fail.

Winni Flowers claims to have gone to my wife's office at 7pm, found out she wasn't there and notified me that the customer wasn't there so we'll be closing the order and there will be no refunds. I accepted their rational, had a chat with their customer service team and they said they can redeliver it the next day at an extra charge or additional Rs 150. I was willing to bear that cost, but told them it'll need to be delivered by Noon and at the latest by 2pm. They promised and assumes me, on email and the chat, that they will make sure the delivery reaches the recipient by this time. Day 2 rolls around and they make it a point to do the same thing and deliver at the location after 4:30pm. Just to be sure that this doesn't happened, I even checked up on deliver states and contact customer service on the day of delivery in the morning to make sure they don't miss it. To which they again assured me, they'll deliver on their promise. But failed again and then claimed, sorry we can't refund you because no one was there to recieve the flowers.

Finally, the number I provided to be reached was my personal number which was international. And the delivery team, doesn't even attempt to call and check, but sends out a default message stating, we tried to reach the sender but was unable to. I even tried to call the number that was provided on the companies Website, but it wasn't a valid number.

So in short, this was a well planned scam and they were success in ripping me of my money and if they are a genuine company provide the worst service and won't deliver on their commitment. So beware! Don't make the mistake I made.

Ordered a cake after confirmation with winni team. But got fooled they delivered totally wrong product and that was surprised for someone on his birthday after complaint they just telling that is right product like we never seen that and arguing. First they fooled to customer and and later arguing.

Product was ferorro rochor chocolate cake but they just delivered only chocolate cake.
They destroy celebration and later once you complaint need to listen like fooled bcs once you paid they doesn't care anymore.

Ordered a cake online from Canada to be delivered in India by 10 pm they went to deliver at 7 pm itself that is 3 hours early and then left me an email that it won't be delivered again and the order has been cancelled as they couldn't reach the person. Placed an second order to be delivered at midnight based on this email, which got delivered at 11pm instead of 12 for which I paid the delivery charges of midnight, ended up paying for both the orders. When called the customer care, the person couldn't understand the situation and on top of that called me a liar. Even after I forwarded the email I got from Winni, never got any reply from them and no refund for the first order that was cancelled from their end. Worst experience. Should have used Gifts to India site. Far more better service.

The worst experience one can face on a much awaited birthday of my daughter. Ordered a cake well before the delivery date & got an email confirmation that order will be delivered by 3 PM on 14th Feb. After a futile wait & trying to call/chat/email with their customer care no response. Finally went to a local bakery and bought a simple cake. Big embarrassment in front of guests & daughter's friends as she was expecting a photo cake & the party was supposed to start at 5 PM. To our surprise we got a notification at next day that cake has been delivered. After repeated calls and mail finally got hold of a (Pseudo) customer care agent who sounded like a pre programmed tape recorder who casually tried "apologising" to end the conversation. One of the guys even offered to get it delivered on 17th Feb! Are you people insane, don't you follow simple human logic that if a birthday cake is ordered it has to be delivered on that date only, & not offer delivery after 3-4 days.
I have faced similar treatment in October last year. Heads up to all those people who don't have a bakery shop nearby as they will ditch you for sure, guys pls don't trust these jokers as they do not value you as a consumer who spends his hard earned money for their loved ones on a very special day celebrated only once a year that too for a kid aged 5 years.

Here follows a automated reply that they apologise blah blah blah... And to contact their Pseudo agents for problem redressal

They trick you by taking money in the name of flowers/gifts and do not provide the same. No one responds well on their customer support also. My strong advise:- Avoid them.

winni.in online service is complete fraud. Never ever order anything from this website you will end up losing your Money and time. I placed an Order ( Order ID **************) on 14th Feb 2021 and it was not delivered on 14th Feb and it was not delivered next day 15th Feb. 2021 as well and i received the confirmation email for successful delivery without getting any delivery from them.

I raised the complaint, I sent them email on info at winni.in, I tried calling on their fake number *******510 given on their website. Nothing happened. Every time you call on this number it will always be busy even 12:30 AM midnight.

They don't even deserve for one star rating. There is no choice of giving zero rating here on google review otherwise i would have given zero rating.

I know for sure even if winni's customer service read this message nothing will happen because they don't care for their customer.

I am writing this message for the people who suffer after they place the order... so don't even place any order from winni.

IF DELIVER TODAY-LATER IT WILL BE RETURNED/NOT RECEIVED AS IT IS OF NO USE NOW.`

Worst service. I ordered a gift for a particular day and even they charges Rs 200 extra for the delivery on that special day. They didn't deliver that day even they didn't refund the amount. Please be away from this website to enjoy your special day. They are simply cheater.

MIDNIGHT DELIVERY

I ordered with winni on Valentines day for 13th February midnight delivery on the occasion of valentine's day. The order was not delivered and call centre said they would deliver on 14th February, which was not done either. On subsequent call, the agent said there is a disclaimer for this as well, saying it may not be delivered at midnight. (It was clearly not there like it appears for Standard delivery).

What is the point of paying extra if there is no guarentee? My advice - Please dont choose them for special occassions.

They are frauds...
I am sharing my first and last experience with winni. After payment of my order, i got a mesaage in email my order confirmation email that your order may delay. My order costing around 3000 Rs has not reached on the scheduled date and not even by the next day. None of their customer care phone numbers are working. Reaponding back with "number invalid"

I request #google #google.com to block this fraud website from search results so that people should not suffer anymore.

I wished there should a rating with zero star for them.

False promises on delivery dates, they dont stick to same day deliveries. DONT believe these guys.
Phone calls busy (tried 40 times) and no customer support. RIP OFF!
