It was the first last and worst experience with winni…. I won't ask anybody to order flowers…. They took 1500 rs and the result was so embarrassing…30 flowers on the thermocol sheet…please never go for it…i don't even want to give 1 star rating also. Flowers were not fresh... thermocol sheet was so bad... below are the details:

Worst service, flowers were not fresh no greeting card abd cake was of 300 Rupees, waste of money 1600 rupees they took. Pathetic service quality is worst

I've paid ₹399 just to get item delivered on time. Not only they failed to do so but nobody care to reply my massages.

They don't deliver the order on time. They charged 200/extra for delivery. Worst response from their team. They won't give u real updates. All are fake

I ordered the cake to be delivered in midnight. Thanks to Winni because order is delivered well in time and the quality and design of the cake is just as per the expectations.

Website showed one thing and received the delivered something else and they are not taking any action

Great experience with Winni, flowers was so attractive, order bouquet of red roses. Flowers were fresh secondly even though the presentation was also fab order was delivered on time. Simran helped me alot, I am really satisfied about her way of dealing with customer thanks team for such a great experience.

Booked for a premium chocolate cake and red flowers,

Delivered unprofessionally prepared cake without greetings and pink colour flower.

Guys avoid winni app... these people are fraud... they charge you in premium rates and provide cheap service... I will never recommend any more service from winni... I gave them plenty of time to do a replacement and they completely hesitated it stating they dont assure any quality in services.

I had ordered from Winni a cake for my Mom's 75th birthday and Bonsai plant with Laughing Buddha and Bamboo plant. Order was placed on 12th night. I was informed that the plants would be couriered. I received the plants yesterday. The bamboo is totally dry. There was no laughing buddha given saying its out of stock. No one had informed about it but money was taken in full. Bunch of cheats. The bamboo is all yellow and the customer service representative says it will be fine in few days with sunlight. Can a bamboo plant that has turned yellow regain back to its original green color. KINDLY REFRAIN PLACING ORDERS WITH THEM.

I ordered cake for my best friends birthday. The cake was yummy and delicious. We really enjoyed the black forest cake. I will surly order from this outlet in future.
