4 star for immediate help from customer support specially from live chat but signup should be easy... its quite difficult to signup

On-Time delivery & support.

I ordered an alphabet cake from them. Guy told me to call us again and let us know which letter you want. They delivered the wrong cake. Worst thing ever happened. Even more, Guy confirmed everything with me and still. I suggest do not do online shopping from this website they say different and do stuff totally different.

I recommend Winni for their amazing cake delivery service, I had to surprise my parents on their anniversary so i had ordered a cake to get a delivery in the evening, but somehow i had to change the timings due to their unavailability,
Winni staff was quick in helping me out with an order update.

Assistance by Rashmi was excellent. She was prompt and had good understanding for a better resolution of queries.
