Parul helped to resolve my problem with cake delivery. My order was previously showing as processing. Now it shows as confirmed.

The delivery is nt proper i hv too complain fr that tn all the items was delivered that too on the nxt day

I placed the order after having a confirm discussion with mr. Akash(your executive)that i will get the delivery after 11:45pm and will try for sharp 12 at night, same thing i requested in my msg while placing the order. After all these things a got the shock when i saw the delivery guy at 11pm at door step. I Will never recommend this site to anyone.

My first experience is very bad I hope my first or last purchase with this side. I'll give you 1 star I could wish there is 0 you have deserves 0 star. I got wrong ordered but no one take any pain to resolve my complaint so I suggested to other plz don't purchase any of product with this site.

I ordered chocolate truffle cake but but they bring chocolate cake nd I ordered 1kg but they bought less kg... Don't purchase... It's cheating... Nd they should call to the number which I have given but they gave cake directly to birthday boy... Really unacceptable... Very worst very waste Plz don't order henceforth I will never open tis site for any occasion... My money oly wasted...

There was no message written on cake. Cake delivered prior to the time I selected. And for the fixed time delivery I have paid 250. Ferns and petals are far better than winni.

Failed to deliver on time. The mentioned customer care also not responding. The message one the cake was also missing.
