I ordered this product on 23rd April 19. I asked for blue as in the website, but received a call after 3 hours that blue is out of stock and then received orchids that looked like they were used, about to fall out from their stem. I would have got the same bouquet for less than Rs. 500 at my local florist. When we give flowers there are emotions attached with it, and when we receive a product like this it is total embarrassment. WINNI has disappointed in delivering the product with proper service. To add the embarrassment the deliver guy was also no good, had to spend 30 mins just to guide him to my location.

A midnight delivery specialist taking Rs 250 for midnight delivery, delivered the package even before 11 Pm.
The package was supposed to be a surprise, but the delivery person called to know the exact delivery location and declared that he is coming to deliver a surprise birthday package. So is this professionalism? The extra charge for midnight special delivery should be returned immediately.
No match b/w the product ordered and the one delivered... they charge the gighest amount for that and the quality of the product is pathetic

Initially reading at the reviews... I was a bit nervous. If it would get delivered at palayamkottai (a city in Tamil Nadu). I had ordered for a fruit cake and a greeting card... but It got delivered at right time... and the quality was also good... m so happy with the service... they even wrote best wishes msg on the card... super happy
