I ordered from winni a cake and was upset with the delivery issue but now it's ok after talking to the customer service and their response.
I ordered of almost ₹7000... 4 items... It was delivered to other location where the recipient was not available... We still took 2 items cakes and chocolates. Rest 2 were not delivered that day and it was still with courier. We asked them to stop those 2 items delivery... They said let it go to the said place and reject it there and you can redeliver to new *******@150 rs. Next day we did the same and now they ask for rs 500 for redelivery. They know I cannot do anything as item is worth rs 3000. And if I don't 0ay 500 they won't even refund 3000. I asked them to cut 500 and refund the rest. Did not agree to that too. Customer care is pathetic service. Finally I paid extra, and I need to call them daily and ask for the status. THEY ARE JUDT THIEVES LOOTING MONEY. THE PRODUCTD ARE ALREADY HIGH PROCED. AND IF I ORDERRD OF 7000 AND STILL GOT SUCH 0ATHETIC SRRVICE. I am definitely not letting anyone I know order from here
I ordered a Plant for my friend's birthday, due to this pandemic unfortunately the delivery got delayed and the plant was not in a good shape when it was delivered. I called the customer service and sent images of the dead plant. Immediately they arranged for redelivery. I just really did not think they would send the plant again. I have never experienced this kind of genuine response from customer service. Keep up the good work winni. I will suggest your service to my friends and family for sure. NICE

After being used to online platforms, without thinking much i ordered a cake through this. I ordered for 2pm to 6pm slot for my wife's birthday and waited till 9pm and i did not received it. So I informed them to cancel the order. Next day I got a message saying my order got delivered. When checked with customer care, they are saying they attempted a delivery at 10pm and failed so I lost my money or pay again Rs 200 for delivery. I tried multiple escalation but they are least bothered. If you are lucky you will get your product, else think money is gone.

Ordered butter scotch and got other cake delivered. When talked with customer care they told to replace. This makes me think about hygiene in this pandemic when they take the wrong delivery and deliver the same to others. Please think twice before you place the order.

I have ordered a cake for a midnight birthday celebration. But the time schedule was bit confused on the Website as soon I realized it I tried to cancel my order a day before through the help desk someone attended me but after reading my cancel request nobody responded so then I send an email 12 hrs before my order then I got a reply I can't cancel my I can only change the schedule. That reply was really made me unhappy because in Winnie's cancellation policy it is clearly mentioned we can cancel any orders either 24hrs or 12 hrs time. I argued about it requested for my refund and the reply was Keep getting delayed this made my time loss and I didn't get any clear answer for this from anyone. Finally cake arrived even the cake was not worth the price I ordered a 1000 rs worth cake of 500gm but the quality was too bad. I am really sad about this awful service from winni. In. This was my first attempt with winni. So as this will be the last as well. Very poor quality and bad customer service. I really feels like I lost my money. I never ever recommend winni to anybody. I am so sorry about to say these but this is my feelings towards winni's service.
