I had few questions regarding cake delivery. Your customer service colleague Ms. Shivani provided a fast and detailed response.

The cake was ordered for a celebration but it was spoiled when they ate it. It was quite embarrassing and disappointing to send such surprise to a family. I tried to chat with the customer care and there is no response. The representative left the chat without answering and the number in your website is invalid.
With such a poor quality and customer service, I wouldnt use winni again.
