This is the second time I am ordering through this website, they were quick to change the schedule because of lockdown. While I appreciate their customer care service I would be happy if the phone number they provided works.

Excellent service. Very quick and easy. I didnt see an option to add a message for the cake. I pinged on the online chat. There was immediate response by customer service rep meenakshi and the issue was resolved within a minute. Would recommend this site to my friends and family (assuming the cake will be good)
