I had placed an order for valentines day for my wife stays in india.Delivery scheduled on14th feb.
There is no updates on delivery and there is no such contact numbers which shows on the web to connect.Spoiled the celebration.I lost my money.I beleive its a scam.I have written several mails in this regard and also sent watsapp messges but zero response

Why are you so late for delivery? You have to maintain your time limit. As on your tracking status, it is still in progress. Please Change your service policy.

The cusomter support is bad as they say they support till 11 but shut shop at 10. Also, they promise same day delievery and charge 40% more than the product rate and still give reasns for not delievering. And otop top it all they will claim that the product is delivered on the same say as promised when u know u didnt receive the product at alll. Its a indirect scam... to Make u pay more for a product that will surely wont get deliverd on the same day...And the reason they give is "Occasion" Rush.

Very bad experience with Winni. Ordered Black Forest cake and finally got delivered strawberry flavour with very bad taste. Total waste of time and money. Occasion got fully spoiled. In addition few items were missing ( magic candle, rose petal spray and chocolates). Never ever recommend winni. The same review being written in mouth shut, google etc. Thanks for making us fool. Order booked 2 days in advance to deliver in 10 to 2 slot. Message receives at 14-10 saying delivered. Actual delivery at 14-45, that too directing delivery boy for address on phone holding for a long time. Cake turned out to be absolutely dry as if made day earlier. Order number **************. Would never order again.

Please never choose Winni for special days. They are pathetic set of people. Worst experience ever with any service provider

I ordered for cake for a birthday anniversary along with message to be written on the cake, but they delivered the cake of different design and they kept a paper print on the cake for the message to be written on the cake.Also the taste of the cake was not at all good. When complained to customer care they are providing Rs. 100 to winni wallet and not to your account for not writing the required message on the cake and don't regret for other things like design,taste,quality.
They are making fools and thinking customer cant do anything once the product is delivered since they are sitting somewhere else. Personally i wont recommend WINNI for anyone

I ordered a Ferrero Rocher cake for my brothers birthday from Dubai. The photo in the website was so appealing and I paid Rs 3800. The cake delivered was looking so pathetic infact it was even worse than a local bakery cake. I was having so much excitement before delivery and became so sad after seeing the cake.

This is the second time I am facing this experience and I will make sure I will never order from this company who cheats people and ruins their special occasions.

I would like to inform whoever is reading that this company is a total spam and please make sure nobody to take a risk and have a bad experience on your special occasions.

NOTE - I HAVE ADDED BOTH ADVERTISEMENT AND ACTUAL PHOTO OF THE CAKES

Yesterday I placed an order with them to be delivered to Agartala.Some of the stuffs were missing and even pinata cake was missing the flowers shown in the pic.I also placed an order with them few months back and even then they missed candles.Anyway never ever with them as they don't even respond to the complain mail as well.

Hi Winni, i got the delivery today. And when i check the parcel the product i order was not there. I got only three Rakhi's with almond and cashews pack with different packaging. Whole, i want to say that the stuff we ordered was not exactly same and with missing things. I'm sending you the proof, please have a look and let me know as soon as possible. I want that stuff which I ordered or i need my refund. This is first time placing order with you and we are sorry to say that we are not happy with service. I need you to get on action asap.

Terribly enraged by Winni's cake service. A colossal disappointment from start to finish. Requested a bouquet, greeting, and cake—received an unrecognizable cake, wilted bouquet, and missing greeting card. Paid 250 rs extra for midnight delivery, but cake came pre-11. Found a hair in the cake, taste was horrendous—just cream. Overall, a dreadful and nightmarish encounter. Avoid at all costs!

What we ordered and what we received is completely different., look wise it's worse., not acceptable and suggestible

Everyone please do not order anything from Winni it's not worth. Yesterday I placed an order via order no ************** for 1 Marble Crunch Cake but received completely different cake now these people are neither refunding amount nor they are returning the cake. Very bad experience. Please please do not order anything from Winni

If you want to get cheated, then go with winni site. The worst experience you will ever face. Delivering cake from the local vendors for high cost and cheap product are delivered at high cost from local bakeries. The one you get for 200 rupees the same they will sell you for 1000. Happened in my case. Ordered for a rasamalai cakebut recieved a vanilla cake with just a piece of rasmalai in it.

I ordered the cake and mug for birthday. My order number was **************. The delivery time was 9 Am to 3 PM. I asked the status of the order at 3.29 PM and has been confirmed by the executive that due to the rain the order has been delayed. However, at that time there was no rain. The rain stopped as around 2 PM. I called again at 5 PM and the executive who picked the call was talking very rudely and the behavior was very unprofessional. He said we are taking the complaint and by ordering I m not doing any favor to him. He disconnected the call. After that I have tried to call again and did more than 200 calls, but the moment I called the call got disconnected that means I have been blocked.

This is the service of WINNI when a client calls to know the status you people blocked him. I called again from different number then it has been picked by ROHIT SHARMA. He was also not worried that the client does not receive the order and repeated the same line " due to rain the order got delayed". This is amazing the rain stopped at 2 and at around 6 PM they are saying the same. When I asked to talk to the manager he said there is no manager. He said sorry and I can do what ever I wanted to do.

I am going to the consumer court for the harassment and will ask for the compensation

I ordered a mango cake. The picture on their site appeared appealing.
The cake delivered is Completely different design to the one on their site, very rushed and poor job on the design.
Upon complaining i was told i did not complain on time within 6-7 hours as per policy.
Avoid this company that does not understand their customer needs and poor quality control

I ordered a fairy lights with 20 photos. Expected delivery 12 th July, delivered 16th July. Bad customer service.
