Horrible product

I ordered 2 cakes and a plant for my fathers birthday. The cakes were old and stale and the plant was moth eaten. Upon submitting a complaint, their response was "it's natural, we have provided what's ordered"

Worst experience

Please dont fall in trap of this vendor they have worst service and customer care is total trash. You will regret after placing order with this vendor which is winni. I am regretting and trying to get some help since morning and if they fails to deliver your order your money is gone it will not be refunded.

They are pure fraud seller middlemans whatever they are but trust me you will regret like I am regretting right now.

I ordered a birthday cake for someone and they made a miniature mistake instead of writing Happy Birthday they wrote Happy Bairthday, the cale was delivered to someone as a surprise but my cake surely became i state of embarrassment, asked for compensation and spoke to customer service didn't seem like they actually cared about it….very bad experience

Delivered on time

We just ordered some flowers and chocolate for my mother in-law. It came on on time and with personal note. The bouquet looks from the pictures little smaller, nevertheless we are happy with the prompt service.

Everything about them is perfect. They provide every delivery on time. They are never late. The customer support is very much responsive on time. But only one thing which i disliked about them is they say their delivery is free before adding things to cart and as soon as you check out they charge you delivery fee.
Advice:- if you want to charge delivery fee then please be crystal clear from your end if people like it they will take it if not they won't it's better to be clear from your end rather than hiding things.
Apart from that every occasion they made it beautiful experience for me and my closed ones.
Thank you anyways and please be clear like water. You are doing good work not cheating.

Awful cake & flowers

This is the 2nd time I ordered a cake and flowers for my brother in law's birthday and both flowers and cake were trash! Flowers came at 10:30pm basically all picked over flowers! And cake was particularly bad tasting! It was extremely embarrassing for me and my sister, a doctor at Apollo Hospital, as the guests were given this cake and it was old tasting and plain bad! You can be rest assured that I will not be ordering from you again but I am putting this as a review because you should not be scamming online orders! Not good for your business if you are doing such shabby work!

ROTTEN CAKE

Never Buy any Product form WINNI,
They sold rotten cake on 21st November2022 after eating that cake all my family member got vomiting it was food poisoning, my son suffred alot, WINNI customer service did not gave any compensation also they did not refuned my money even after cancelling my order

Winni - The scammers

Worst service. Charged cake+delivery and cancelled they cancelled the order around 08:45pm saying the ordered cake is not availble. They accepted order around 07:45am and took around 11 hrs to say the product is not available.
Worst support team sitting in Chandigarh and disconnecting the call in the middle

Pathetic service

In this cake is yet not delivered.
I have already spoken to winni customer care. They were also saying cake is yet not delivered.
You can ask the receiver Shivani on *******753 cake is yet not delivered and I have called the bakery person from where the cake was about to come. They said they have not delivered the cake till now and they are saying they will deliver it tomorrow morning.
What is this?
This kind of pathetic service.
If anyone's birthday is on 12th, u will send the cake after 2 days.
Now I don't want the cake after 2 days.
Refund my money of cake Rs 1199 back to my bank account.

I had ordered a pull up birthday cake for my fiancé in Goa. The website shows a picture perfect cakes for every occasion which make anyone fall for it and want to order. I paid around 1600 plus 300 service charges for the cake since it was listed in the premium category but when my fiancé sent me a pic of the cake I was shocked. In reality what they deliver is far from it. Its rather not even close to the regular bakery standards. The writings had smudges and the worse thing they could have done was over write the letters again with a diff colour… I was very embarrassed since the cake looked horrible. It tasted very different and dry and loaded with sugar, even a novice would make a better cake.

After all this drama we called the customer care forget being apologetic the agent told me "the Flavour is the same" my god if I wanted only the flavour I would have ordered another cake a normal cake which would have been less costlier I told the same to the agent then he was like as a good gesture will we will give you 200 rs in winni wallet I was shocked it's not the matter about money but the courtesy to acknowledge the fact that the cake look far from the pics they have put up online. I am taking this up in the consumer forum. Please never order from this place. The

Please stay away from winni. They serve you poop cakes. Please do not go by the pictures on their website its all fake … should be tagged as a fake company.

I can produce all the picture proofs on demand.

Everythibg perfect

This was my time ordee. I ordered stuff from winni app. I was so scared at that time that they will deliver it or not because I already placed a order one week ago but still scared because I used in my first time. It was my brother bday they delivered everything on time. Everything was perfect. I love this app. I recommend to everyone if they want to send sonething to india to their parents always use this app.

I am from another country and ordered a plant for my boyfriend in india, they sent him a wrong plant 3 times cheaper and didnt want to solve the problem. Very bad service never order from them. The mug quality was bad also

These are scammers. I ordered a cake for Mother's Day. My mom and sister were in the house but they said no one was there when they arrived. It's bogus. After calling multiple times they responded. They even lied that they came twice. We were sitting right in the front yard to check if the delivery boy was arriving. When I was serious and told them I am going to sue, they came. The quality of the flowers and cake was so cheap. These are scammers don't trust them.
