Over the years, 10+, I've been ordering a case from Wine Insiders every so often. Decent wine with which to explore and grapes from many parts of the world. Not everything matches my palette, but I've never had a bad bottle. I consider that part of the tasting experience and enjoyment of wine. My preference is white, but I'll buy a mixed case as well. I do go to wine shops and am a member of a couple of wineries as well. It's nice to be in those environments. Every so often Wine Insiders will have a real deal on a case which of course makes my wallet happy and it's easier to e-shop. So, overall, I'm satisfied with their products and service.

I've always received my orders promptly and the wines have been fairly priced and of good quality. My only complaint is that I will occasionally receive an email advertising 30% off or some other discount but when I complete my order, it's not there, and there's no code to put into the order to enable the discount. Frustrating.
