Have been a customer for 3 years. Purchase about 3 times a year. Enjoy my selections. Rarely there is one I don't and Wine Insiders is ready to make it up. When I find a "gem" and go back for more, find it "unavailable." I guess others found it a "gem" also. Recommend.

I tried another "big" wine club before I tried Wine Insiders and the wine was so horrible I didn't even drink it. With Wine Insiders you get great wines at great prices and often with terrific sales prices, too. The service is phenomenal and they make you feel like a friend. You never are required to buy anything to stay a member and I haven't bought wine anywhere else since I became a member over 2 years ago(?) I think that's right. Even though I had favorite wines from other sources, Wine Insiders' selection always has something better than what I was buying before. I lived in France for 10 years in the 70's and 80's so I'm pretty picky when it comes to wine!

Have been buying my wines from WI for a bit over two years now - happily so, I can report. I am no sommelier, but I do know what I like and what reds (all I buy) I have tasted over those years - plenty of cabs, blends, French controlled name labels, Italian DOC's, Malbecs, Zinfandels, Spanish Tempranillos and many others - have never disappointed. Prices are way more than fair. If you are a judicious buyer, you can't fail in my view. Yes, i am exceedingly pleased with my relationship, for that's what it is, with Wine Insider. I love this wine company. During quarantine the shipping took a little longer but the company made it known right away and they offered a coupon to compensate for the delay. I rated 4 stars because they tend to be out of stock for the wines that I love without knowing when it would be back in stock. All the wine I've received has been delicious. I didn't know I could like wine so much. I kindof live in the "boonies" with not many choices. I like wine, so I tried Wine Insiders (Ok, my sister gave me a discount code too). I didn't know what I was missing. Every wine I have tried has been good. Is it right to say things taste expensive? Really, the wines are not expensive, they just taste that way. I'd rate them a 4.5 if I could. My first order came promptly with zero issues. My second order was damaged in transit. I didn't hear from wineinsider until over a week later after the shipment finally got back to them. Since I could see on FedEx that the package was damaged, I contacted customer support and they promptly refunded me since the wine I ordered wasn't available for replacement. My third order again came without issue.

I used to order alot from wine insiders. Then covid 19 came. The jacked up their prices 50%. Other company's also were short on inventory, but maintained their prices. I won't order from a company that took advantage of dire cirizens.
