I bought a wig and it was the wrong color and too small. The customer service department will not take the return even though we never wore it and really just wanted an exchange. Also the wig reaked of cigarettes. Do not buy from them.

Yesterday I received one of their wigs, and I ordered it on 28th December, so it is a relatively quick delivery, because it came from Hong Kong and I received it in Spain. The item is exactly how I wanted it. I'm very happy with their service.

Everything went fine with all of my orders except one, in wich case the customer service were very helpful and after making everything clear I've received my order with express delivery.
Will definitely buy from wigsbuy again!

Hey everyone i have ordered two wiggs from wigsbuy and so far they are the best. I have cancer and i just finished chemo so i needed a good strong wigg and thats excatly what i got. I loved both of them. They were exactly how they looked in the detail description and in the picture. Iam 100% satisfied and you will be to. I wouldnt order my wiggs from anywhere else.
