Soft and thick wigs!

When I first got this hair and took it out of the package, I was instantly amazed by how soft it looked and felt. I absolutely in love on how thick it is as well seeing I personally love very thick hair. I have straightened the curls out to have a more natural match to my hair... Can't get over how much it blends so well to my natural colour and texture. Will order from wigsbuy again, here. Shipping was very quick as well.

I ordered a wig in February and it arrived unwearable.The wig was supposed to be long hair and curled fashionably and instead it had bald spots in the front where you could see the net cap and the hair on top of the wig was chopped short.

Wigsbuy refuses to give me my money back until I pay to send the wig back, which is absurd. The product was not what I ordered and can not be used and I am supposed to pay for the return shipping?

I am reporting them to the BBB and my bank for fraud.Do NOT buy anything from Wigsbuy, they have terrible customer service and the product on their website is not what you will receive. My wig had bald spots right in the front where everyone would see them and be able to tell I was wearing a cheap wig.

I bought the so called "Top-Quality-Custom-Halle-Berrys-Graceful-Hair-Style-Hand-Tied-Super-Natural-Short-Curly-4-Inches-Lace-Wig" ORDER # *******, which I never received. My email was not replied and my phone call was redirected to DHL. DHL told me to call them. Very frustrating because they SENT me back to DHL. I want the wig sent to my address with MY signature showing it was delivered or my money back. THIS IS BLOODY WRONG!

Scam!

Thank goodness I read the horrible reviews on Your 3 cents.com after ordering. I contacted PayPal immediately & filed a dispute. Reason, item not received as website states. I received a response from wigsbuy asking me to be patient and to drop my claim. PayPal got all of my money back within 2 days. Always purchase through PayPal

This is my second review on site jabber pertaining to wigsbuy, I just want to let all potential buyers know that they should NEVER buy anything from wigsbuy.com. The site is fraudulent, they won't send you the merchandise and when you ask for a refund, they will require you to pay a restocking fee (even if the wig hasn't left their inventory). They even go as far as having their "customer sales rep" contact you via sitejabber, asking for your order number, to make other users think they're trying to help you and accommodate your needs BUT it's all just for publicity, the representative that has replied to all of these negative reviews has not once reached out to me to refund the money or resolve the issue.

Stole my money

Buyer Beware!

I ordered a wig on 1/28/16 for $197.00. After not receiving after two weeks, I emailed Wigsbuy to cancel the order. They emailed me back (after three weeks) and stated that I would have to pay 25% for a restocking fee; which would be approx $50.00 even though it was never shipped. This is NOT good business practices. This company needs to be investigated!

The wig I ordered is horrible, not human hair verified by my hairstylist, and nowhere in the package does it state its human. The color, cut, and style are nothing like as advertised. This is by far the worse purchase I've ever made on the internet. Customer service offered a $15 refund on a $191 item. NEVER BUY ANYTHING from WIGSBUY. I learned an expensive lesson. Check tons of reviews before buying anything. Order #*******

I feel so sad reading all of these reviews. I have alopecia, I relied on Wigs buy for four years now. They were good untill a change in 2015. I ordered the same wig I had been for three years and it came total garbage. It was not 150 de situ as promised. I am bold and they had no remorse. I cried in the mirror and couldn't understand how a company tried to fool an honest paying customer. The same wig! I sent pictures emails and long detailed explanation on how this isn't the same, I was told they changed there hair manufacturing, It Shows! Terrible, so sorry to all. Still trying to find another site to order from. :(( god bless and don't be fooled no more! They changed and don't not understand people's hard earned money.

I ordered my product on Jan. 9th 2016 wanted it for valentines day order #******* and it is now Feb. 17th and still nothing! I have heard nothing but a bunch of stories from this company. Terrible shipping time

Despite all the bad reviews from this website I still placed an order on 22 and paid for expedited shipping and the order is still just in process. I'm starting to wonder if the reviews I read about this being a scam are true and just hope my unit finally ships soon so I don't have to dispute the transaction.
